This large stylish villa, located in Cala Moli in the municipality of San José, consists of 5/6 bedrooms, 3/4 bathrooms and a separate guest house. It has a living area of 350 m2 over 3 levels, a garden, several terraces and its own 15 metre infinity pool. The villa has a fabulous 270 degree view onto the sea and the Esparta, Bledas and Conejera islands. The property lies on a plot of 3,000 square metres. Cala Vedella, Cala Moli and Cala D'Hort, some of the finest beaches on the island, are a short distance away The main villa and guest house, set in its own garden, is totally private and secluded. The main house boasts a charming tower, made of traditional Ibicencan stone, housing the master bedroom and ensuite. A large terrace off it offers superb views of the sea and nearby islands. All the bedrooms and living areas benefit from air-conditioning. The outdoor covered porch, adjacent to the upper terrace houses a BBQ area. There is a chill out gazebo above the guest house.

Cala Moli, in the municipality of San Jose, is a quiet residential area, situated in pine hills above the sea on the southwest coast of Ibiza. The villa is a 5 minute drive from San Jose, a 15 minute drive from the international airport/Ibiza town and 12 minutes from San Antonio. The local beach at Cala Moli is a 10 minute walk away. Other beaches (Cala Vadella and Cala d'Hort) a 5 minute drive away. All offer wonderful views, good food, swimming, waterskiing and diving. The nightlife on Ibiza is renowned as one of the best in Europe and the islands many clubs, bars and restaurants are readily accessible from the villa.

Notes: The property comprises 350 m2 internal space, 3.000 m2 raised plot. 1 pretty garden with flowers, Palm trees, cypresses, lemon tree, almond tree, mimosas, cactus and a grape vine. There is a further landscaped plot populated with fruit trees and a carparking area below that surrounds the upper villa, pool and garden. 2 large sun terraces on different levels, large 15m X 7m infinity pool. Chill out deck on top of guesthouse for sun downers. There is a total of 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 in the guest house. There are many wardrobes in the bedrooms and along the corridors of both houses. The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, range cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. Beach towels are not provided

We are a group of 10 italian friends used to rent a villa for one week to start the summer season! This year we choose Ibiza and Villa Aquarium was the perfect place to stay! The best villa we have ever been! A wonderful location, with all the comfort, close to the most beautiful beaches and not too far from the Ibiza night life. The perfect place to spend a gorgeous holiday in Ibiza.

I booked our holiday for a group of us attending a wedding at Cala Vadella which is next to Cala Moli - the location was perfect with beautiful scenary of the beach and surrounding area, the villa was only 9km from Ibiza Town and about 7-8km from San Antonio so easy access to these areas via hire car and taxi. The villa was beautiful and very spacious with all the mod cons including sky tv and air conditioning in each room. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definately come back here again in the future.

We were a group of 10 adults who had all been to ibiza on previous holidays but were looking to holiday in style this year. This villa was the perfect answer and after the first two days we had to make a conscious effort to drag ourselves away from the pool to explore life on the island outside the villa's walls! There is plenty of room inside and out for entertaining and the view out over the bay from the hilltop is superb.
