Notes to the rental rates

  • Lettings will generally be mid-week to mid-week, but please ask if you want an alternative - it may be possible.
    Departure will be by 1100 and arrival after 1500 to allow time for housekeeping.
    A non-refundable deposit of 30% at time of booking with full payment 2 months before arrival date.
    A £300 security deposit will be required, which will be returned if no damage has occurred during rental.
  • Linen and towels are included in the rental. A housekeeper will change towels and linen during a stay of 2 weeks or more, and do an interim tidy.

Pool and sundeck

The large pool and sun deck is a very special feature of this property. There are steps at the shallow end of the pool with a gradual slope to a depth of 7 feet. Diving is not permitted. The sun deck is well equipped with loungers, tables, brollies and chairs and boasts a built in barbecue.

Garden and barbecue area

To the rear of the property is a flood-lit barbecue/dining area. Both lounge areas have french doors which open on to the patio. This area can provide a welcome relief from the heat of the sun, there are pull out canopies to provide additional shade.
