Torre Xanchu is situated on a hillside with beautiful views to the valley of San Jose and is only 400mtrs from the village. On the ground flour there is a lounge/dinning-room with French windows on to the pool, satellite TV and CD player, a very complete kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine etc, a double bedroom in the tower, a single bedroom and a complete bathroom. Upstairs is a twin bedroom with an e-suite shower room and walk in dressing room. The pool is 4 x 8 in an egg shape. There is also a barbeque and safe box. Cleaning is 3 times a week, towels are changed 2 times and sheets once.

The villa is ideally situated on a hill, with beautiful views to the valley but just outside the village of San Jose. There is only 400mtrs to the small village, which has various banks, a supermarket, bars, restaurants, bakeries, post office, etc.
