Superb quiet location, villa on the hills (2.000sq m ground) with unique sea views to the islands and sunset, large swimming pool (90sq.m) with aqua jet, large terraces, patio with BBQ, bedrooms with airco, 2 outside showers, 2 fully equipped bathrooms each with tub and separate shower and 2 basins, 3 WC’s, garage, modern design but Ibicenco style house, fully equipped, broadband internet but no TV. 15 km from main city Ibiza. 5km to nearest village San Josep with all facilities, 5 minutes to beaches (Cala Tarida or Cala Moli). The villa has also a separate apartment/studio for two persons, shower room, separate WC, nice terrace with sea view. This studio is rented with an extra charge of EURO 500/week but the villa is to be occupied in total by maximum 12 persons

Stunning villa on the hill top

This was a stunning villa with an amazing view of the mountain and sea - as well as the SUN SET.... this villa was perfectly suituated if you want to get away from the busy streets and clubs - the beach Cala Tarida is only a 5min drive - and is a stunning beach with little shops and along the beach are some really nice restaurants (great food).
we spent many days and night outside by the pool area - which is were we spent most of our time - and we would all group at the end of the day to watch the sunset from the pool side - the only small problem with the villa was that there was only salt water - in the beginning its a bit irritating however it is something you will get used to and the benefit is - salt water's is very healthy for you.
i highly recommend this villa - if i was to go back with a big group of friends i would with out a doubt re-rent this one.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers
