This light and airy villa offers roomy self-catering accommodation in a rural location. The inside living space is open plan with dining room, sitting room and kitchen areas. There are 4 good sized bedrooms, two double and two twin – especially good for two families. There are two bathrooms one with shower, and one with bath and shower. Outside you will find numerous places to relax or entertain yourselves: a lovely dining terrace next to built in barbecue, overlooking an almond grove; a brand new covered chill out area and terrace by the private pool (completion date early May 07); landscaped mature gardens; an undercover games area including table tennis; swings for children; and a large upstairs terrace with hammock offering stunning views. The house is tastefully furnished with inside and outside seating for eight.

  • The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday, from 5pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure. This is necessary to allow for changeover cleaning and preparation. 40% of the rental cost is due on booking to retain the property with the remaining 60% due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
  • A deposit of £400 is payable for inventory and breakages, which is fully refundable subject to there being no damage.

Beaches: The villa is close to many fantastic beaches including Cala Tarida, Cala Moli, Cala Vedella, Cala Carbo and Cala D'Hort, however the closest beaches to the property are Cala Tarida and Cala Moli. Cala Tarida is a large, sandy, family beach that offers a range of restaurants and bars, as well as water sports including waterskiing, banana boating, pedallos and scuba diving. Cala Moli is a more secluded cove with a good reputation for snorkelling and a couple of nice restaurants.

Eating and drinking: There is a lovely restaurant/bar within 200 metres of the property, along a private track, which is both reasonably priced and popular with locals and holiday-makers alike. Within very easy driving distance there is also a good pizza restaurant that offers a take out service, a lovely steak restaurant, the village of San Jose that has numerous places to eat and drink, as well as numerous beach side bars and restaurants with stunning views along the coastline.

We had the most fabulous holiday in your lovely Ibiza home. There was one problem only....leaving...two weeks was not enough!
We felt very spoilt by the location, some of the views of distant mountains were breath taking given that we were just up the road from numerous pretty beaches. Then the cherry on the top was the fantastic restaurant at the bottom of the drive which seemed to emerge out of no where!
The villa was so fresh and light and spacious that there was more than enough room with seven of us there. The new swimming pool and chill out area are a real bonus but the best addition has to be the fabulous four poster day bed at the end of the pool....a real sanctuary!
So a big thank you once again!

Managed fine without a car

7 of us were staying in the villa for a week to celebrate my partners birthday, there is ample space and the location of the villa is perfect, very secluded, just what we wanted! We didn't want to hire a car as we would be drinking most of the time, just the odd one or two of course!, this worked perfeclty, we would call San Jose taxi's just as we were leaving the villa and by time we had walked to S'Espartar the taxi would be there, depending on the time of course. Taxi's to San antonio and Airport all cost approximately 20 euros.
The outside space is very private and enjoys the sun from about 11am until dusk.
There is a very handy Spar within walking distance, we did a big supermarket shop in San Jose at the beginning of the week and managed with the Spar for the rest of the week, great fruit and veg selection too.
The restaurant at the end of the villas track "S'Espartar" is great and I would really recommend you eat here, try to get a table enjoying views, they are breathtaking.
We had a fabulous holiday and all 7 of us would come back again, definately agree with the other feedback, a week is not long enough!
One thing if do plan on walking up and down the villas track I advise you pack a torch, the track is not illumiated.
