The four bedroom villa, furnished in rustic style, has a fully equipped kitchen and three brand new bathrooms. The living room opens up to a covered terrace with a dining table, overlooking the sea. The pool area, which offers another dining possibility, can be used also by night as there are pool and garden lights. To enjoy romantic sunsets or contemplate the stars, the spacious roof terrace is provided with an outside sitting area. Cala Conta is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and Cala Bassa offers various sports activities. There are a doctor and a dentist down the hill. Two supermercados can be reached within a 5 minutes drive and the very good restaurant Sa Rima is only a few minutes away. The region invites to beautiful walks through nature.

Notes to the rental rates

  • The minimum renting period is one week.
    To confirm the reservation an initial deposit of 30 % of the whole rental amount is to be paid at time of booking. The balance and a security/breakage deposit of 600 € is to be paid four weeks before arrival. The security deposit is refundable in full subject after villa has been cleaned and no damage or breakage has been found. Please note that the use of oils, fake tan lotions or any other products that may stain the sheets, towels or furniture should be avoided, otherwise the security deposit will be retained to compensate the damages.
    To provide time for cleaning and preparations for new arrivals, the customers are requested to arrive no earlier than 14.00 and to vacate the villa on day of departure no later than 10.00 am.

The villa Los Pinos offers everything for a relaxing holiday. The main floor has a well equipped kitchen which leads to the patio where there is a grill accommodation. The dining room in rustic style is provided with seating for 8 people. The lounge with TV and fireplace has floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors leading to a covered terrace. All four bedrooms open up to spacious balconies with stunning views. The three bathrooms have recently been completely renewed with the finest materials. The pool area is well secluded to ensure privacy and can be used for evening meals or midnight swimming as it is provided with garden and pool lights. On the roof terrace with sitting area one can enjoy the full panoramic view and sight beautiful sunsets. The linen and towels are changed once a week. The pool is being cleaned once a week. The price includes the final cleaning. Upon request the maid service can be arranged on a weekly basis at an additional cost.
