Notes to the rental rates

• The rental period is Sat to Sat. Check in 14.00 on the day of arrival through to 10.00 am on departure day. This is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. All linen is provided with maid service once a week.
  A €2,000 or its equivalent, inventory and breakage deposit is payable in cash on arrival to protect against possible damage to the property and is refundable in full subject to there being no damage or breakages. Linen provided Maid service once a week.

Main House

LOUNGE - very grand with high ceilings, open fire place, plenty of comfortable seating - there is Satellite tv, dvd, hi fi and Air-Con. DINING AREA - overlooks the court yard entrance, seating for 10 people. KITCHEN - is open plan with all you could need, including a coffee maker. There is also a breakfast area and doors that lead out to a covered terrace for outside dining near the pool. LAUNDRY ROOM - with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. GUEST BATHROOM. DOUBLE BEDROOM SUITE - with four poster bed, dressing table, en-suite bathroom and private study or lounge (this may also be used as a separate double or twin bedroom with its own private entrance from the garden). DOUBLE OR TWIN BEDROOM. DOUBLE BEDROOM - with dressing table and en-suite bathroom. MASTER BEDROOM SUITE - en-suite bathroom, air-con, a private roof terrace and a covered balcony with exercise equipment. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
