Can Guillem offers stunning 5 star luxury accommodation yet is a peaceful getaway in an idyllic location. It has been beautifully renovated to an exceptional interior designed standard. The house is fully air-conditioned & has full central heating, high spec security alarm system, wi-fi, sky satellite TV with English channels, hi-fi and electric gates. The villa sits in a large plot, fully enclosed and fenced with a large pool of around 13m in length, this can be sectioned of to improve child safety. The owners have astroturfed a large play area, including a sand pit and a ping pong table & built a 2 storey treehouse. Santa Eulalia and San Carlos are a mere 5 minute drive away with the Hippy Market at Las Dalais just down the road. Some of the most beautiful beaches are only 7 minutes away and the charm of the wonderful village of San Carlos. Notes: The property is very suitable for 2 families to share. It has been built with 2 wings accessed by 2 staircases, the communal areas of the kitchen and living room divide these two areas. One wing has 2 bedrooms (one upstairs and the other downstairs) and has a separate entrance. The shower room and toilet is upstairs. The other wing has 2 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs with an upstairs and downstairs bathroom. This is a smaller bedroom and is more suitable for use by a child or a single adult. The property is set in large stunning grounds, with beautiful terraces above the pool. There is a large astroturfed play area with a sandpit, pingpong table and fantastic 2 storey tree house. There is a large parking area and 2 outside dinning areas one off the kitchen and one off the living room leading to the pool and sun deck. The property is accessed through electric gates and the entire 15,000 msq plot is fenced. The property is not overlooked and is very peaceful

We visit Ibiza every year as a family and we have stayed in many villas during that time. Can Guillem is up there with the best of them! The location is excellent and very private with the best maintained gardens that I have seen. At night the villa really is splendid to behold!' Andy B July 2007
The villa was perfect. The location is picturesque and good for several lovely beaches (Beniras etc), the pool and seating area are a very good size and everything is to a good specification. The most noted thing about the villa was that the website pictures don’t do the furniture and fit out (kitchen & bathrooms) justice. I’ve stayed in two other villas in Ibiza for similar money and the fit out wasn’t even half as good. Ben W July 2007
