This villa is very unusual in that you can rent the main downstairs of the the villa that sleeps up to 6 or you can pay the supplement to also rent the upstairs deluxe suite making it possible to sleep 8.It isituated just outside Santa Eulalia and takes about 5 minutes to get into Santa Eulalia by car and the opposite way is Ibiza Town which takes about 15minutes by car. Beaches are within a 5 minute drive. Santa Eulalia has some excellent restaurants in particular seafood restaurants & a fantastic marina where some of the most beautiful yachts are moored. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 1 double and 3 twins all with bathrooms, one a Jacuzzi bath. The lounge has satellite TV and CD. The kitchen has all the mod cons. The grounds of the villa are stunning and very well kept. There is a large swimming pool 10 x 5m with sun loungers and 4 different terraces around the house for a bit of privacy if needed .Within the grounds there is a BBQ and large eating area so that you can eat al fresco.

The nearest town to the villa is Santa Eulalia which is approximately 4/5 minutes drive. Ibiza Town is the opposite way and it takes 15 minutes to get there. There are several beaches within a 5/10 mins drive, Cala Llonga and Santa Eulalia being close by. The nearest shop is 2/3 minutes drive away and there are lots of shops and supermarkets in Santa Eulalia. Again, doctor's and chemists are situated in Santa Eulalia

The above prices are for a maximum of 6 people in the villa using the 3 bedrooms. If you wish to have the deluxe suite on the top floor therefore sleeping a total of 8 people please add a supplement of £600 on top of the above prices for all of the dates apart from high season which is the 20th July to the 6th September when the supplement is £800. A security deposit is payable on arrival of 500 Euros.
The owner has preference to rent to a group of couples or families .
Please note if booking the villa for 6 only the door to the upstairs is locked so that the suite is kept seperate. It is NEVER rented out whilst the main villa is occupied.
