Two are situated in the main house and open on pool and terraces, while another is detached from the house and opens on a peaceful patio with a fountain. The large air-conditioned lounge area with its fireplace and floor to ceiling windows opens on a dinning terrace with stunning views over Ibiza’s old town and Formentera. You can listen to music or watch television on the flat-screen TV with satellite and dvd player, dive into the large swimming-pool situated on the same level as the house, or observe the wildlife while dining on one of the terraces. Set in the center of the island, you will be at a close distance of any location in Ibiza, only 10 mn drive away from Ibiza town (with its shops and its exciting nightlife) and Santa Eulalia, from beaches and from the main clubs. You will also be close to the charming village of Santa Gertrudis, where you can find all the commodities (banks, pharmacy, supermarkets, shops) and enjoy its typical “tapas” bars and restaurants that offer Spanish and international cuisine.
