The villa is located close to Santa Gertrudis, a small typical village in the island of Ibiza. It is situated within a Finca or Estate (145.000 sq. meters). Within its old stone walls Mediterranean flora, such as pines, olives, palms, carobs, figs and sabinas flourish. The villa´s amenities include an outdoor swimming pool (200 sq. meters), a Jacuzzi, a paddle court and a Gym. There is also an indoor garden. The villa overlooks the castle of Ibiza town (Dalt Villa). There are magnificent views of the castle and the sea beyond from the two master bedrooms, the living room and the swimming pool. The villa is accessible via a rural road off the main San Rafael-Santa Eulalia road. In the interest of preserving the villa and grounds, the owner seeks responsible renters and does not allow large parties on the premises.
