Notes to the rental rates

• SPECIAL OFFER - SAVE £250 ON ALL AVAILABLE WEEKS IN SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER NOW JUST £649 FOR SEPT & ONLY £599 FOR OCTOBER.
  To book we require 25% deposit with full balance paid 12 weeks before departure. The property is privately owned & a security deposit of £250 is required & should accompany the final booking payment. The security deposit is in case of breakages, loss or damage to furnishings, bedding, keys etc. The security deposit will be returned as soon as the keys are returned to us. We do everything possible to ensure all facilities are available, but we accept no liability for any lack of facilities due to any circumstances outside of our control.
  
• All prices are for the entire rental of the Penthouse per week (There are no hidden charges). For more than 4 occupants there is a small surcharge of £35 per additional occupant per week. (On bookings between Nov and March there is a small £35 additional charge for Laundry and Cleaning)
  We ask all our guests to vacate the Penthouse by 12 Noon on the Saturday of departure however luggage can be left inside the Penthouse in the hallway till departure to the Airport. We work on a friendly flexible approach to change overs & ask all arriving & departing guests to do the same.
  Our Maid Carol services the Penthouse from 2pm to 5pm, plus she can service the Penthouse daily during your stay for a nominal surcharge should you wish.
  
• Winter let bookings are at the reduced weekly rental rate shown between November & March and the peak season for any Golfers with the new Alcanada Course fully operational. Alcudia and Puerto Alcudia:-

The town of Alcudia and the compact port of Alcudia are situated on the neck of one of Mallorca's northern peninsulas. Many visit Alcudia for the beach alone, 11 kms of curving white sand that shelves gently into the sea, there are many beach-side cafés and restaurants, and a great variety of water sports. There are many other local activities to keep you occupied including horse riding and golf. The nightlife centres around the local bars and night-clubs which are lively but not rowdy. Alcudia, is just what you would expect from a beach holiday, with a range of nearby cultural sites to visit as well. There is the walled town of Alcudia itself, with Roman ruins and a lovely Sunday market. The port of Alcudia has a lovely old fishing village which lies at the northern end of the beach. A tight grid of streets, with restaurants and gift shops lining the sea front, and more traditional Spanish style shops and cafés on the street behind, with some excellent sea food restaurants.

Apart from its pretty square it has the Via Crucis which is a notable attraction with its long stairway which ascends Calvary Hill, & superb views over the coast. Alcanada is situated between Pollenca & Alcudia & is home to the brand new Alcanada Golf Club. It is a place of great beauty with stunning views of the coast & the mouth of Alcudia Bay. Golf Information:

Alcanada Golf Club is the newest club in Majorca having only opened in October of 2003. Designed by Robert Trent Jones and Robert Trent Jones Jr, two of the best architects of golf courses in the world. Located to the west of the bay of Alcudia, it is surrounded only by nature and the sea. From almost all points of the route the course offers stunning & impressive views coupled with demanding and challenging greens and is open to non members. To help you relax after your round of golf, The Club at Alcanda offers an excellent restaurant and bar area with an enormous terrace which overlooks the course and the beautiful coastal views of Alcanada. Characteristics: - 18 holes - Even 72. All usual ammenieties are available including Golf Shop, Lessons, clubs and buggy hire etc. SPECIAL - We have negotiated a 10% discount on Green Fees and also a 10% Discount off the total bill in the Club Restaurant for all our Penthouse clients. Alcanada is just 10 minutes from the Penthouse as is The Pollensa Golf Club which is open to non members. The challenging 9 hole course has been described as one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean, with a clubhouse, a restaurant which also welcomes non-golfers, a swimming pool, rental of clubs, trolleys and golf cars also available.
