This lovely apartment has a frontline location on Puerto de Alcudia and has spectacular views over the Bay of Alcudia. The accommodation comprises 2 Bedrooms (one with double bed with sea view and one twin), 1 bathroom, kitchen, Lounge with dinning area, Sat TV, and furnished terrace facing the sea. The complex which it belongs too, has 2 large communal pools, one of them for children and it´s just 20 metres from sandy wide beach, communal parking, , close to good restaurants, bars & shops. The resort of Puerto de Alcudia offers a wide range of options for a family holiday.

It has a long, fine sandy beach, and is within a 20 minute walk of the historic town of Alcudia, with it's medieval walls and roman ruins. The Albufera, a marshy wetland, is a wildlife reserve popular with birdwatchers and is a ten minute drive away. The spectacular mountainous region in the west of the island towards the old town of Pollensa is within a 15 minute drive, and the cosmopolitan city of Palma is just 50 kilometres
