This apartment is perfectly located virtually on the fantastic beach in Alcudia. It has one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower and a lounge with American style kitchen. Outside there is a large terrace. It is perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing beach holiday, though all of the resort amenities of Alcudia are within a stones throw for the more adventurous! Close by there is a great choice of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and there is a local bus service to take you into the Port of Alcudia, the old walled town of Alcudia or Puerto Pollensa. There is no air-conditioning in this apartment, however, fans are provided.

The apartment is on the top floor of a 3 storey block. There is a small wooded area next to it which adjoins the Platja D'Or hotel. The apartment is virtually on the beach. From the apartment there is a great walk to the port of Alcudia on the path which runs at the back of the beach. There is, however, a regular bus service which stops outside the apartment. There are an abundance of shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and there is a local market on Saturdays about a 10 minute walk away.
