Additional information about rental rates

  • Please note that the prices listed are per week based on Saturday to Saturday occupation. Rental prices include: Bed linen, towels, maintenance, electricity and water. Check in from 2pm onwards on day of arrival, check out by 10 am on day of departure.
    A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking which will be deducted from the total cost of your booking. No bookings are confirmed until the deposit has been received. The balance must be received 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday or at the time of booking (if within 8 weeks).Inventory and property deposit of £150 per rental period must be received, along with the balance, this is refundable in full subject to there being no damage or breakages, within 14 days of the end of your holiday.

Golf: The Andraitx Championship course is nearby where there is a driving range and practice putting range nearby and lessons can be arranged through the club professional. Guests can pay and play on the course; please note that handicap requirements are applicable. There are several other courses on the island, all of which are beautifully set in the local surroundings. Green fees are usually between €50-€70 per round and you often have to rent a buggy. During the week the courses are often not too busy - but remember in the summer months it can be extremely hot, so carry plenty of water and wear a hat!

Getting around: Although we recommend having a car - particularly to visit the many tourist attractions, markets and other resorts, it is also possible to use public transport and taxis. Most taxis charge a fixed price depending on destination - e.g from the apartment to the airport costs approximately €40. There is an hourly bus service which runs between Palma and Andraitx.

This was our second visit, last time was in 2005. Apartment is a good size and being on the ground floor is ideal for easy access to pool espcially good for kids. Being near to the shops and restuarants is a great feature and night club if you want.
Easy to get to and good roads to Palma etc.
Would highly recommend.
