It is within 10 minutes strolling distance of superb cafes, restaurants and shops which line the shore front. Ideal for a quiet family holiday, the selection of restaurants in the port cater for all tastes. A luxury imported British kitchen with all mod-cons is ideal for those that prefer to cook and eat in. Alternatively use the Bar-b-q and dine Al Fresco on the terrace. Arranged over two floors, the apartment's dining and living areas open on to the large south-facing terrace with views over the harbour and the dramatic pine covered hills rising up behind. The modern decor of white and beech furniture give the apartment a sense of light and space. The master and twin south facing bedrooms on the ground floor open out onto a beautiful small garden which in turn leads on to the pool and sun loungers.

Puerto de Andraitx is a charming fishing village in the south west corner of Mallorca and the jewel of the island. It is set in a beautiful natural bay with a backdrop of rugged mountains and is considered to be one of the most exclusive resorts in the Mediterranean. The village has a promenade around the port with many bars, restaurants and cafes at the water's edge. There is a street market every Weds in the centre of Andratx's old town offering fresh local produce and crafts. Golf d'Andratx is a short 5 minute drive away in Camp de Mar. A wonderful 18 holes set in the hillside just over the road from the white sand beach. Play golf in the morning and sunbathe in the afternoon. Learn to sail in the Club Vela over the road from the apartment. Scuba diving school is a minutes walk away. For either please enquire when booking.

RENTAL TERMS :- Based on 6 person occupancy. However, it may be possible to accommodate an additional small child. This will necessitate the hiring of the cot at 30 Euro per week.
DEPOSITS:- 30% of the total booking cost. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday or at the time of booking whichever is sooner, along with a damage deposit of £250 (This will be returned within 14 days of the end of your stay subject to satisfactory survey).
CANCELLATIONS:- Deposits are non-refundable.
