Luxurious apartment recently renovated and furnished to a high standard. The large furnished terrace looks directly onto the beach for alfresco eating, with marvellous sea views. The master bedroom also benefits from a sea view. All bedrooms are light and spacious with fitted wardrobes and air-con. Two modern bathrooms with power showers - one en-suite bathroom. Air-conditioning is in all the rooms. The grounds are beautifully kept with lawns, leading directly to a sandy beach, which has sun beds and natural shade from palm trees. A marvellous children’s play area is just behind the beach. Peacefully located yet within easy reach of main attractions - a luxury base for a relaxing holiday. A selection of restaurants and a choice of two supermarkets are within walking distance. Also a beautiful sunny community pool, surrounded by lawns and flowers. Easy parking and private underground car parking space. Suitable for families and adult groups. Two lifts, apartment is on the second floor.

The apartment is located approximately a 25 minute drive from the airport. There is easy access to the motorway network approx. three minutes. There are quaint, picturesque sandy coves such as Portals Vells and Cap Falco and the resorts of Palma Nova and Santa Ponsa within 5 minutes drive. Santa Ponsa, Poniente and the Royal Bendinat golf courses are just a short drive away as are the water parks and Marineland. Historic palma centre and its charming restaurants and buzzing night life is 25 mins. Puerto Portals with its fine outdoor dining, glamorous night-life and designer shops is 10 minutes. If you require a livelier holiday Magaluf is only a 15 min walk away. Mallorca is an exquisite island, which attracts the rich and famous, come and see. GOLF INFORMATION. The Santa Ponsa golf course has been played by the rich and famous including Severiano Ballesteros, Nigel Mansell, Prince Andrew and Michael Douglas & Catherine Zeta Jones. Santa Ponsa 1 golf course is just 10 minutes drive.

GOLF COURSES ARE SUPERB: Real Golf de Bendinat Golf Course is one of the most prestigious on the island. A challenging Golf Course opened in 1986. Facilities include driving range, putting green, clubs, traooeys, buggies. Pro Shop, bar and restaurant. Green Fees Approx. €60.00. Golf de Andraixt, in Camp de Mar - 18 holes with its challenging lakes within 10 mins. Also, only 15 mins drive is Son Vida Golf. The first couse to open on the island in 1964. Accuracy needed on tight fairways with four lakes and plenty of trees. Real Golf de Bendinatis also 10 mins drive. Hilly course with sloping fairways and elevated greens. Mallorca has an all year ideal golfing climate, in all of the clubs you will find all the facilities incl. rental, pro-shop, and restaurants.

GOLFING: GOLFING: Santa Ponsa 1 has a wide gently sloping but demanding course with beautiful scenery and water hazards on five holes. It has been used for the Balearic Open (PGA Tour) on several occasions. Tenth hole, 590m par 5 is one of the longest in Europe. Par: 72 Number of Holes: 18 (6.106m) Green Fees: 1st January 2003 - 65 euros. There are 2 other golf courses in Santa Ponsa and many in the surrounding area. Poniente Golf Course is 5 minutes from the apartment.. I HAVE PREPARED A COLLECTION OF INFORMATION ON ALL THE GOLF COURSES.

RESTAURANTS, BOWLING, CYCLING, WALKING: FAMILIES A collection of toys and games will be available. I will be available to babysit in the evenings if that would give you the opportunity to re-charge your batteries and make it a holiday of a lifetime to remember.

This apartment is fabulous. Beautifully decorated, modern, spotless, with everything you might need, even beach towels and toys for the beach. The location was perfect, just walk across the garden and you are at the beach. A lovely safe cove, perfect for small children. There is a supermarket just a short walk away, and nightlife within easy reach. We have never stayed in such a nice well located apartment. If you have a car there is lots to do in the region with children. We will definately be booking again. Tina, the owner, pays great attention to making sure everything is perfect. A truly personal touch.

Great apartment for your beach holidays

I just returned from a week with my family in this apartment. It was a great time we spent in Mallorca.
The apartment is excellent and Tina, the owner, is always very helpful. She really knows how to make her guests feel welcome and enjoy the time spent there.
The location is excellent. Cala Vinyas beach, in front of the apartment, is literally a few steps away and you can reach Palma or other great beaches within a few minutes driving.
Everything you may need during your stay is available there, including some toys for the little ones and Tina knows how to keep the apartment in good shape and fully functioning.
I would definitely return and also recommend it to my friends.

The best apartment I have ever stayed in

We have stayed in self catering apartments many times but this apartment is without doubt the best we have ever stayed in. The owner had thought of everything that we could possibly need, the place was spotless and looked amazing. The location was ideal, the children loved being so close to the beach and the supermarket had everything that we needed. We will be coming back.

Wir haben uns in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war vorhanden um es sich auch in einer kühleren Jahreszeit ( November) gemütlich zu machen. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt und es war eine himmlische Ruhe und ein wunderschöner Blick auf`s Meer. Sehr empfehlenswert.

We had a fantastic week's stay in this lovely modern apartment. Its location is perfect, set in a nice quiet cove, the perfect place to chill out and you can literally fall out of bed onto the beach! Loads of other resorts nearby if you want a big night out. We would highly recommend this apartment.
