The apartment block is built on the beach at Cala Vinyes which has a very pretty small sandy bay lined with palm trees. The apartments are adjoining, the one bedroom has a double aspect lounge and both overlook the beach and the bay of Palma. You walk past the swimming pool directly on to the beach making it very safe for children. t is newly furnished, both the bathroom and kitchen have been newly fitted last year. Cala Vinyes is south west of the island the two biggest resorts are Palma Nova and Santa Ponsa both a 10 minute drive. Palma is only 20 minute away with wonderful art, shopping and restaurants. Cala Vinyes is a quiet resort with tourist attractions, Waterparks, Tennis, Two Major Golf Clubs, Puerto Portals {exclusive harbour} with shops and wonderful restaurants all are only a 10 minute drive away.

Situated on a sandy beach. Children's play area and water sports hire facilities. Supermarket,restaurants and snack bars are conveniently situated within the village. There are near by restaurant serving snacks, meals and drinks throughout the day. Cala Vinyes is just a 25 minute drive from Palma airport. The local hotel has activities, including evening floor shows, Disco,Scuba Diving, Water Ski-ing, Sailing etc. There are several excellent golf courses in the area.

Please note that there will be a £100 damage deposit required for any damage caused or excessive amounts of cleaning. This will be refunded upon the return of the key once the apartment has been inspected.

Golf Information:

One of the main attractions of Cala Vinyes is its proximity to the golf courses with as many as four excellent clubs in the surrounding area. 64 greens looked after with tender loving care and waiting for you to come and enjoy a splendid day of golf. The many well equipped facilities coupled with an impeccable environment will let you enjoy this sport more than any other place.
