The balcony is spacious and has wonderful views over the bay of Palma providing a wonderful setting to dine or simply relax. You can also take the sun by the private community pool & gardens or visit one of the local beaches which are within a 5 to 10 min stroll. You are only minutes from restaurants, local supermarkets, entertainment, taxis and buses yet away from all the hustle and bustle set amidst cool pine trees in Cala Vinas.The building is served by lift and staircase and for added security has a video entry phone. There are lovely local walks and pretty scenery. First class roads make driving easy, with many nearby attractions inc golf courses, beaches, historic Palma, Puerto Portals marina and much more.

Cala Vinas is perfect for that 'away from it all feeling' yet within easy access of whatever activity or attraction suits your taste. Minutes by car from the beautiful sandy coves of Portals Vells,and many other unspoilt beaches. For a livelier time the resorts of Palma Nova, Santa Ponsa and Magaluf are also within 15 minutes. If you enjoy golf you can choose from Son Vida, Royal Bendinat, Santa Ponsa and Poniente golf courses. Visit Puerto Portals with its stylish shops & restaurants and yachts. The city of Palma is easily reached by car, taxi or regular buses. By day or night a fascinating place to spend time. Well known for its architecture wonderful shops, art music, international restaurants and fabulous port. Take a walk through the cool old back streets and sample the tapas, or stroll along the Paseo Maritimo and see the most amazing yachts. Best of all meet the Majorcians!
