Excellent summer holiday rental with easy access to the beach and swimming pool. Set in a quiet area it is ideal for a self catering holiday and also has a number of bars and restaurants nearby. This front line apartment has great views of the sea and in the distance views of Palma which is about a 15 mins drive. A short drive away are numerous golf courses, 2 water parks, Go carting and the Pirates Show. There are also the busier resort towns such as Santa Ponsa and Palma Nova. Within walking distance are other small beaches , some with their own beach bars and restaurants. It is great for families as the property is 50 metres to the beach and has its own swimming pool which is great for the afternoon sun. The property comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), a large lounge/dining room, kitchen, and large outside terrace. There is also a TV with DVD and a free view Sky package.

This is a lovely flat - thank goodness it has heating as when we visited the weather was terrible cold and raining!!!My only worry would be that there is no air conditioning and in the height of the summer this could be a problem.
