El Puerto is a relatively new exclusive residential complex, completed in January 2007 and made up of six blocks of dwellings, all situated very near the sea, with views of the Cala D'Or Marina. The complex is immersed in a landscaped garden of local plants and also boasts a large residents swimming pool. Our apartments are both on the ground floor and benefit by having their own private gardens. Both apartments are furnished to the highest standards, boasting full facitlies, inc Sat/TV & music systems.,highchair and travel cots are available. The whole complex is closed off to the public ensuring complete privacy. The apartments are fully air conditioned & situated next door to each other, ideal for bigger groups. EL PUERTO is minutes walk away, and also serviced via a lift to the marina level where there are an abundance of good restaurants and bars and the beaches of Cala D'Or are close by. This makes El Puerto one of the best situated, private and secluded complexes in the area.

As the apartments are only two years old, all the furnishings are relatively new. The kitchen area benefits from washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer (all Bosch) and has cutlery and chinaware to cater for six persons. Fully air-conditioned (hot & cold) the lounge/diner has an 'L' shaped large couch which easily converts into a double sprung bed. The dining table will seat 6 . The main bedroom with en-suite has a large double bed and two double wardrobes and own door onto patio. All windows have outside louvered doors for privacy and protection. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and a large double wardrobe. The apartments have ironing boards, irons, hairdryers, large oven, microwave and large fridge freezer, LCD TV, DVD and HI-FI with USB connection, perfect for your IPOD/MP3 PLAYER . (Don't forget your 'Sky' card). Outside the partly covered patio has tables, chairs and sun loungers to seat 4 persons. Younger members of the family can be provided with travel cots and high chairs.

Cala D’Or is a beautiful place at the southeast coast of Majorca, approximately 45 minutes drive from Palma Airport. Cala D'Or is ideal resort for families - in addition, for couples and Singles. Cala D’Or today is a modern purpose built resort that has grown from an original Majorcan fishing village. The resort has now spread over approximately 4km of small nearby sandy coves and creeks. The largest of these coves is Cala Longa which has been developed into al large marina that effectively splits the resort in two parts. The focal point of the town centre is a pedestrian zone around the area of Cala D'Or and Cala Gran, which has a varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Cala D'Or offers unbelievable variety at restaurants, bars and fashion shops - in addition, serves as ideal starting point for walking and cycle tours.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The shown rates per apartment include the costs for linen, towels, including beach towels, electricity and water. Bed linen and towels will be changed each week. . A refundable deposit of £200.00 will be required and should accompany the final payment. This security deposit is required to reimburse the property owner in case of breakages, loss or damage to furnishings, bedding or keys etc. The security deposit will be returned to the Client within 14 days of the last day of the holiday providing the property management company does not report any of the above and the keys are returned. Clients will not be charged for what is considered minor wear and tear.
  • A deposit of 30% of the whole rent has to be paid with the reservation. The balance has to be paid and received/cleared in our account 8 weeks before departure. Our cancellation policy is as follows:-

    Cancellation 10 weeks prior to departure Full refund.
    Cancellation 4-9 weeks prior to departure 50% of rate refunded.
    Cancellation 3 weeks prior to departure 20% of rate refunded.
    Cancellation less than 3 weeks prior to departure No Refund.
  • The apartments are available at 3:00 pm on day of arrival and need to be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

Golf Information: Golf Information Playa Marina lies approximate 10 minutes (car) away from the golf course Vall D'Or Golf, one of the most attractive golf courses on Majorca. In addition, the golf courses Son Antem (east/west) or Capdepera are reachable by car very good - an ideal starting point for a pleasant and varied golf vacation.

Tennis: On the other side of Cala D'Or, in Cala Egos, there is the Tennis Club Cala D'Or. The tennis club has 5 sand places with lighting, which are open all year round. It is around a periphery of approx. 25 km the only tennis court plant with sand places. Tennis coaches are available for private lesson or groups, ranging from beginners to advanced players.
