This is a brand new apartment in the exclusive new gated El Puerto development overlooking Cala D'Or Marina and only a few minutes walk to all the restaurants and shops that can be found there. The many restaurants, bars and shops of bustling Cala D'Or itself are approx 15 minutes walk and good beaches are also found nearby. The family resort of Cala Egos is not far in the other direction, and also nearby is the traditional fishing village of Porto Petro and the Natural Park at Mondrago. There are two stunning beaches here, off the beaten track, which are excellent for swimming with beach bars and a little shop. Palma airport is approx 65 km away, an easy 45 minute drive (approx. 75 euros in a taxi).

  • WINTER AND SHORT BREAKS AVAILABLE - PRICES ON REQUEST.
    10 day breaks and extra nights available on request. As the apartment has central heating, long and short winter breaks also available - please call for details.
    A 25 % non-refundable deposit must be paid at time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. Cancellation policy will be detailed on booking form.
    A £100 security and key deposit is also required. This will be returned on receipt of the keys after your holiday.
  • Changeover day can be flexible. Access to the apartment is available after 3pm on the day of arrival. Please leave the apartment clean and tidy and vacate by 10 am on day of departure.
  • All bed linen and towels provided and changed once a week. Apartment cleaned once a week. Please note, cot bedding is not provided.

Notes: The apartment is on the second floor and has lift access. It has a very large private roof terrace (directly above the apartment and accessed by a flight of stairs outside the apartment). There are sunbeds provided and stunning views over the marina and surrounding countryside behind. There is also a large balcony terrace accessed from the living area with retractable sun canopy and table and chairs. There is a communal pool set in newly landscaped gardens, which has a shallow area for children. The apartment is air-conditioned and fitted to a very high standard with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living and dining area and fully fitted kitchen. A travel cot and high chair are provided and there is room in bedroom 1 to put up the travel cot - so the apartment could cater for up to 4 adults and a baby.
