Spacious Luxury Apartment with Large Private Terrace and Garden

Details for the apartment in Majorca (Mallorca), Spain

This is a very large, well equipped and comfortably furnished apartment which sleeps up to six adults. We also have a travel cot and high chair available if required. Rentals over two weeks have a weekly maid service and towels and bedlinen are inlcluded in the rental price, as is the air conditioning/heating. The large terrace is accessed by four sets of French windows, two from the living area and one from each of the bedrooms. The terrace and garden is safe for children and has a small lawn, plants, a palm tree and a partial sea view. There is a brick built BBQ on the terrace, a large table and seating for 6 with a sun umbrella, or seating for 4 under the covered terrace plus two sun loungers. The communal swimming pool has sun loungers, chairs and small tables.

The apartment is 5 minutes from Palma and has easy access to the Via Cintura and motorway network which links Palma with the rest of the island. Cala Major is an 'all year' round town with banks, bars, shops and a good variety of restaurants most of which are open throughout the winter months. The sandy beach is five minutes walk and has a small restaurant (pizzas and ice cream etc) which is open during the summer months. Within a short drive there are several golf courses and a waterpark. There is a local taxi rank and regular bus service into Palma so a car is not necessary.

Notes to the rental rates

  • There are no supplements for bookings made over Christmas, New Year and Easter. The apartment is available for short breaks outside the peak season, the nightly rate quoted above is for a 3 night stay, reductions are given for 4, 5 or 6 nights A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is required 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. A separate deposit of £200 (300 Euros) is required with the balance to cover any breakages or damage, this will be returned upon return of the keys. The keys, directions and general information are sent out 10 days prior to the arrival date. The deposit is non-refundable.
  • Check in is after 4.00pm and check out to be by 10.00am. Rental rates include bed linen and towels but not beach towels which are available to rent at £3.50 (5 Euros) each (to be requested at time of booking please). A weekly change of bedlinen and towels (not beach towels) is included for rentals of two weeks or more.
  • Payment can be made in Sterling, Euros or Dollars. The exchange rate to be linked to Sterling at the time of booking.

Notes:

Both bedrooms have double beds, one with ensuite bathroom. Both bathrooms have full sized baths with shower attachments and underfloor heating. There is a double sofa bed which is in a separate area away from the living room. There is a separate sofa in the living room which is not a sofa bed. The apartment is also equipped with an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Seating for 4 in the dining area, two tables outside - one seats 4 and one seats 6. The terrace and garden is even larger than the apartment -125m2 plus an additional covered terrace area of 19m2. There are two sun loungers and a brick built BBQ.
