Luxurious 3 bed penthouse with roof terrace in Nova Santa Ponsa

Lounging on the terrace of our wonderful penthouse apartment you can see the sea, and watch the golfers below! On entering this newly furnished apartment you will be impressed by the large open hall area, leading to an equally spacious lounge, furnished with large, comfortable settees, satellite television, DVD player etc. The large dining area is off to one side and to the other the well appointed kitchen. Full length sliding doors lead to the terrace, with settees, chairs and other modern outdoor furniture. There is also a gas heater and large gas fired barbecue. The roof terrace, approached by a spiral staircase has far reaching views to El Toro, the sea, towards the golf courses and beyond that the stunning Tramontana mountains. All the bedrooms are spacious and light and have been attractively furnished.

Our apartment, in Neuvo Santa Ponsa is within easy reach of El Toro, with its developing and attractive marina, Port Adriano, is about 15 minutes walk from this penthouse apartment, and about 5 minutes drive from Santa Ponsa. There is a very safe sandy beach; small cafes, bars and restaurants; also a small supermarket, chemist and bakery near at hand. There are several golf courses close at hand, Santa Ponsa II and III within a short walk and Santa Ponsa 1, Poniente and Bendinat a short drive away. Buses pass nearby, taking you to the water parks, Marin land and the fabulous capital of Mallorca - Palma, where the rest of the island is accessible by bus.

Notes:

There is a large well fitted kitchen, with utility room off, containing washing machine and dryer. Access from the kitchen to the full width terrace. There is a dining table and chairs on the terrace, together with sun loungers and settees. There is lift and stair access to the apartment. From the terrace there is a flight of stairs to the huge roof terrace: access for wheelchairs is not possible. Linen and towels are of a standard commensurate with this luxury apartment. However, we do not provide beach towels and ask that those provided are not taken to the beach or pools.

Amenities

This wonderful apartment is situated in a residential gated community, with several pools to choose from! The white sandy beach with safe and shallow waters are within a 15 minute walk - as is the bakery and small supermarket. Our apartment has a large covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs, a patio heater (for use on cooler evenings and also a gas barbecue - for all year round use! Nearby is the resort of Santa Ponsa, which is a safe family resort: again white sands and gentle waters appeal to all ages: deck chairs, sun shades, beach bars and cafes add to the appeal. Restaurants in the immediate vicinity range from the ever popular pizzeria to up market renowned fish restaurants - with many others within a short drive.
