There is sunshine on the balcony until 3 o'clock in the afternoon. A reserved lock-up parking space for 1 car is included. 2 small swimming coves with sandy beaches, save swimming and a diving school are in walking distance. For trekking opportunities the Tramuntana Mountains can be reached by 45 minutes driving and there is a bus service to nearby Plama City every 10 minutes as well. Plama City (15 km) offers culture, nightlife and shopping opportunisties. Golf Bendinat is 1 km away.
