Illetas is a select area 15 minutes by car to Palma City. The apartment is situated at the 5th floor of a well looked after apartment - complex with an elevator, a private garden and a swimming pool shared by the owners and their guests. Linen and towels are available and inclusive in the price. The flat has a spacious balcony with panoramic views over Palma Bay, facing south-east for the morning sun and overlooks Illetas Island. There is sunshine on the balcony until 3 o'clock in the afternoon. A reserved lock-up parking space for 1 car is included. 2 small swimming coves with sandy beaches, save swimming and a diving school are in walking distance. For trekking opportunities the Tramuntana Mountains can be reached by 45 minutes driving and there is a bus service to nearby Plama City every 10 minutes as well. Plama City (15 km) offers culture, nightlife and shopping opportunisties. Golf Bendinat is 1 km away.

For beautiful Trekking in the Tramuntana Mountains maximum 30-45 Minutes by car. Pollenca and the East coast of Mallorca can be reached in 1 hour driving by car on motorways. There are bus lines to all over Mallorca starting from Palma City as well.
