The apartment has been beautifully refurbished winter 2006 to a luxury standard. It offers a lovely lounge and dining area with fabulous views over the bay of Magalluf. The kitchen is brand new and fully fitted with dishwasher, oven. The complex also has a beautiful pool with a large sun terrace and sun beds, there are private sunbeds and parasols for your use owned by the apartment. As you enter the property, there is a large bedroom with a fitted wardrobe offering 2 single beds, a large bathroom with bath and washing machine. A kitchen, in white and chrome with sea views and a black granite work top. The double bedroom also enjoys wonderful sea views. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. The lounge and dining area offer you a magical relaxing area. You have direct access to the beach through the gate at the side of the pool terrace.

Magalluf is a family resort offering an enormous range of entertainment: restaurants, water parks, water entertainment e.g. pedalos, banana boats, water skiing etc. The two water parks are located at the back of Magalluf, a 15 walk. There is a Go-Kart track for those groups who would like to have some competitive racing. Trampolining, mini-golf for the children. Only a short taxi ride away is Marineland, the dolphin and sea lion show. The beach front offers a lovely promenade along its full length. The apartment is in the heart of Magalluf, where all the bars, nightclubs and entertainment is situated. Please be aware that there is an element of noise, from music, partying revellers etc.

    The prices above are based on 4 sharing (except winter rentals). If a family with three children wish to book I can put in an extra bed - cost of £100. Cots and high chairs are supplied - FREE. There is also a tumble dryer in the winter months.

MAGALLUF is a lively resort. There are many attractions nearby. There are two water parks, great for the kids, Aqualand and Western Water Park. A go-kart track and the Pirates Adventure Show which you may have seen on TV. These are all 15 minutes walk. From your apartment it is only a short walk to Palma Nova which has 4 beautiful bays. All the beaches are beautifully maintained with beach beds and bamboo parasols. A range of water sports are available, pedalos and jet skis. Along the beach front is a lovely walkway where you can sit at the numerous restaurants drinking an iced beer. Please note that Magalluf attracts a party crowd, due to the numerous, bars, nightclubs and entertainment. It is very English with a mix of other European nationalities. If you are looking for a peaceful /quiet holiday this is not the location to book.

MAGALLUF IS A FUN DESTINATION FOR ALL THE FAMILY. Children rides are plentiful. Trampolines are set up. A short bus ride away or €12 in a taxi is Marineland a wonderful show for the kids, dolphins, parrots, sea lions and a reptile house. Close by is the exclusive Puerto Portals marina, where you walk along the quay admiring the beautiful million pound boats or sitting having a coffee watching the world go by.

Real Golf de Bendinat Golf Course is one of the most prestigious on the island. A challenging Golf Course opened in 1986. Facilities include driving range, putting green, clubs, traooeys, buggies. Pro Shop, bar and restaurant. Green Fees Approx. €60.00. Golf de Andraixt, in Camp de Mar - 18 holes with its challenging lakes within 10 mins. Also, only 15 min drive is Son Vida Golf. The first couse to open on the island in 1964. Accuracy needed on tight fairways with four lakes and plenty of trees. Real Golf de Bendinatis also 10 min drive. Hilly course with sloping fairways and elevated greens. Mallorca has an all year ideal golfing climate, in all of the clubs you will find all the facilities incl. rental, pro-shop, and restaurants.

Luxury apartment with spectacular views!

This apartment exceeded all our expectations. The view is incredible and at this time of year we felt like we had our own private beach! The apartment was much bigger than it looks on the photos, was spotless and has great facilities, (eveything you could possibly need, dishwasher, dvd, sat. tv etc). The kitchen is very well equipped (even to cook Christmas dinner). The large bath is great for relaxing and it was a treat to wake up in the super comfy bed in the main bedroom with sunlight streaming in. The location is brilliant, right on the beach and it is convenient to do day trips to the mountains. Magalluf in December was quiet, peaceful and sunny and we had the perfect relaxing stay. Tina the owner provides fantastic service. We loved this apartment and wish we could move in!

I stayed at this apartment with my sister and friend in early October 2009 and had a brilliant time. The apartment is located in a great place. On one side of the apartment block you have the main street with all the bars, cafe's and shops and on the other side you look out onto the pool area and beach, absolutely beautiful. The apartment was very clean and was well equipped with everything you need for self catering, although as there were so many places to eat at, we ate out all the time. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to my family and friends.

I am 36 and my daughter is 13 and we found Magalluf a great place to stay, lots going on and very friendly. The apartment is outstanding, has beautiful views over the bay of magalluf, it really is home from home with everything you culd possibly need, even the beds are really comfy just like home. Tina couldn't do enough for us and was really helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to all my friends and will definatly be back soon for another holiday.

Beautiful Apartment .Stunning views looking at boats passing by waking up to the sound of the sea was fantastic .Everything u need for perfect holiday was there washing machine dishwasher was a bonus .Was lovely n clean shops on doorstep . Beach was facing apartment was fantastic had own sunbeds beside pool had a great holiday went to Palma and Santa Ponsa .Cant wait go next year will pass on to friends n family .Tina want to thank you for best holiday ever loads luv Elaine and Lucy x
