Notes to the rental rates

The quoted rates are for 2 persons for a week. Extra persons (maximium 2) are £150 per person per week. Minimum stay is one week, additional days totalling less than an extra week by agreement.
Bookings extend from 4.30pm on arrival day to midday on departure day in order to allow time to prepare for new arrivals. Depending on your flight times and whether new arrivals are expected on your day of departure we do our best to bend the rules to suit you.
However please note that late arrivals after 21.00 will be charged 100 Euro.

| Notes: | There is a secure lobby with cctv entry. Although there are modern lifts there are 6 steps inside the apartment making it difficult for wheelchairs. The twin beds may be used as a further double bed. There is a new indoor public swimming pool, 10 minutes walk from the apartment. We advise you to avoid renting a car until after you have arrived and considered your plans. |
