Notes: There is a secure lobby with cctv entry. Although there are modern lifts there are 6 steps inside the apartment making it difficult for wheelchairs. The twin beds may be used as a further double bed. There is a new indoor public swimming pool, 10 minutes walk from the apartment. We advise you to avoid renting a car until after you have arrived and considered your plans.

Visited this apartment in early October with three friends; the location and facilities exceeded all our expectations. The furnishings in the apartment are of a high standard. Both bathrooms were a good size, one being on suite.The property is well maintained, clean and the owner could not have been more helpful; even welcoming us with a bottle off wine and when we left organising a taxi to the airport. The apartment is ideally situated in the heart of the city so there is plenty of choice for eating out and shopping. I have already recommended this apartment to friends and will be going back myself sometime.

An absolutely beautiful apartment in what must be one of the best locations in the old town. High standard of fittings and furnishings, well-maintained and with lots of character features. The charming owner could not have been more helpful. One small downside - The terrace is surrounded by tall buildings so no sun. So not so good for anyone wanting to relax in the sun but perfect for those who want to spend their time out and about in the old town and city.

Spent a wonderful two weeks over Christmas and New Year 2007. The apartment is extremely spacious and comfortable. The location is just perfect, walking distance to markets, shops, restaurants, bars, the seafront, museums, galleries, the cathedral, in fact, to everything that Palma has to offer. Just watching the world go by from the balcony was a delight. Had to be the best seat in the house during all the Christmas and New Year festivities.
Absolutely loved it!
