The apartment is located within minutes of the beach in the new area called SOMETIMES, between Palma and Arenal with easy access to the bus system and links to other sites around the island. Palma is within 10 minutes by bus and the airport is within 5-10 minutes drive. The sandy beaches are filled with fine restaurants, shops and bars for enjoyment and a 12 km path for walking or biking.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Easter, Christmas and New Year's Supplement 150 Euro. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is required 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. A separate deposit of 200 Euro equivalent is required in the event of damages or breakage determined at the time of departure. This deposit will be refunded after return of the keys and assuming no damages. A welcome pack, directions and general information about your stay and the keys will be mailed 10 days prior to your arrival date.
  • Check in time will be 4:00pm on the arrival date and 10:00am on the departure date. Rental rates include bed linen and towels but not beach towels.
    Payment can be made in British Sterling, Euros or US Dollars by wire transfer. This information will be provided to you after booking dates are confirmed. The exchange rate will be linked the European Monetary Rates at the time of booking confirmation.

Notes: The terrace has a view of the ocean and the airport from the balcony and is approximately 8 m2. The terrace solarium is located above the terrace balcony via a spiral staircase with 29m2 of space for sun bathing or others. The complex has a three tiered swimming pool and beautiful gardens. There are two supermarkets and a shopping centre with other amenities such as a hairdresser within 2 minutes walk from the apartment and two bus stops at the apartment complex for direct entry into Palma. Parks are located in the front and back of the complex.
