The Complex has communal pools suitable for children and adults. as wells as the extensive gardens the apartment has it's own 2 terraces and private walled garden, ideal for families with small children(like us!). Allocated parking for one car. The Apartment sleeps 4 adults and one cot. Extra beds available on request at additional cost.

Notes to the rental rates

• We are happy to accept payment in euros. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to confirm the booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before the date of departure. A security deposit of £150 is required with the final rental payment. This will be refunded when keys are returned and our agents confirm that there has been no damage to the apartment.

Close by to Cala Fornells are several Golf courses, Andraxt, Santa Ponca, Bendinat or Golf de Poniente.

Further Information

Palma airport is 25 minute drive from the apartment. Although not essential, a car is recommended if you wish to venture further afield. A bus does run through Cala Fornells east to Santa Ponsa via Peguera, but frequency depends on days & season. Frequent & numerous buses run from Peguera east to Palma and west to Port Andratx, amongst others.

Coast/Beach

Walk across the road to beautiful small, shingly cove. 5 minute walk to sandy beach of Cala Fornells, partial shade provided by pine trees - across the road from a lovely cafe terrace. 15 min pleasant stroll through pine forest to small secluded stony cove of Cala d'es Monjo. 10-15 min walk or 2 min drive to 3 beaches of Peguera. 5 min drive to beach & restaurant on the jetty in the sea at Camp De Mar. 10 min drive to upmarket yachting resort, Port d'Andratx. 10 min drive Santa Ponsa.
