We have two apartments to let in the exclusive Bellresguard Estate. 150m apart, 'ENEAS' is a ground floor apartment with 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a 35 x 15 ft sitting/dining room. ALL bedrooms and sitting room have patio doors opening onto a private garden that has direct access to communal gardens and swimming pool. Total floor space 201 sq mts. 'Atlas' is on the first floor with a 50sq/m sun terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. It has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 28 x 15 ft sitting/dining room. Total floor space 187 sq mts. They are modern and luxuriously appointed with marble floors and bathrooms, full air conditioning throughout with elegant and comfortable furnishings. Bellresguard is 200 m from the beach and the resort centre is 600m walk along the stunning seafront. We have our own website with more pictures and information - please contact us for the address.

Eneas is a modern, spacious, air-conditioned ground-floor apartment with private garden and 4 large bedrooms sleeping 9 people. The sitting/dining room (35x16ft)and ALL 4 bedrooms have patio doors leading out to the private enclosed garden (with outdoor dining and sofa seating area outside the sitting room). The garden leads directly onto the beautiful landscaped communal gardens with a large swimming pool and separate toddler pool (only 9 apartments in the building). It is luxuriously appointed with traventino marble floors and bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, TV, Sky TV, VHS Video, DVD and Hi-Fi. As our family holiday home, it has been furnished very comfortably with Egyptian cotton bedlinen, goose down duvets, videos, books, children's toys, games, etc. It is a beautiful location with the beach a 200m walk, the town centre 700 m and the foothills of the Tramontana mountains directly behind the apartment. NEW: wireless ADSL network with Broadband internet access is available.

Bellresguard is an exclusive estate, only 200m from the seafront situated in Puerto Pollensa, one of the prettiest resorts in Mallorca. Situated on a large sheltered bay with sandy beaches, the Puerto lies beneath a stunning mountain landscape and is an area of outstanding natural beauty. In the town centre there is a large seafront promenade with small shops, bars and restaurants running alongside more sandy beaches where children can play whilst you eat, drink and soak up the atmosphere.
