This lovely ground floor apartment, with one bedroom (double bed), lounge with satellite TV & air-conditioning, kitchen, bathroom ( with walking shower), balcony, has been newly furnished and decorated for 2007 season. It is situated in the quiet area of 'El Pinaret' only about 250 metres from the lovely sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa, and about 15mins walk from the town centre.

Perfect for a week away with a couple and a todler

Perfect for a week away for a couple with a todler. They supplied a cot. The apartment was nice, ground floor, had a gated garden. It is close enough to the beach to carry your child there, no need for buggy. Very close to a big supermarket (when you know the short cut) Very close to nice child friendly resturants. No where near any noise of clubs or bars. Perfect for a couple with a young child. The owners very nice and helpfull as well

Excellent modren apartment

This is a very modern and clean apartment which has a large balcony. Although it is a 1 bed apartment, it was ideal for us with a toddler as it is on the ground floor and has a large well kept garden. The owner provided a cot for our son. The location was far enough away from the bars and resturants to be quiet at night, but close to the beach and within walking distance of great amenities. We also had a hire car and parking on the street outside the apartment was easy. We had a great time and are hoping to make it back in the near future!
I have already recommended to several friends & colleagues.
