This delightful apartment is in the quiet residential area of El Pinaret, only a few minutes walk on level ground to one of the resorts best beaches and the many restaurants, bars and shops are only a little further. The apartment offers ideal accommodation for two people. The bedroom and living room are bright and comfortably furnished and each lead onto their own balconies with lovely views over the gardens and towards the mountains and have sun in the afternoon. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped and the bathroom is separate from the WC. The apartment is well-maintained and decorated.

Port of Pollensa has long been a favourite with British holidaymakers, not only for the fact that it is a very beautiful place with many things to do, including golf and watersports, or just lazing around on the wonderful sandy beaches with the warm Mediterranean Sea to tempt you, but there are also many shops and supermarkets to cater for your every day needs and gifts within easy walking distance of the apartment. There is a market on Wednesday morning each week for food, crafts and other useful items. With many good restaurants offering international and Spanish fare, bars and clubs, there is no shortage of entertainment. Ten minutes drive (and there are buses too) will take you to either the old historical town of Pollensa (market on Sunday mornings) or Alcudia, also an interesting old town with a market on Tuesday and Sunday mornings.

We have just returned after staying for a week at the apartment for the 2nd time. As on our previous visit we found the property very clean and well-maintained. The owners provide excellent customer service and as we arrived on a late flight the keys were posted to us so we could let ouselves in. There was a welcome pack of food waiting for us which was much appreciated. The owners visited us the next day to make sure everything was ok. We would certainly recommend this property to friends.

We had a very relaxing holiday with perfect weather. We hope to make a return visit in the future.

Excellent apartment

We have just returned from a week's stay in this apartment and it was all that we hoped for. On arrival by car which we hired from Hiper on-line beforehand,we were met by the owners Rosemary and Ron. They gave us a very friendly welcome and showed us all round the apartment. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient for the beach and town, a really lovely walk. It is in a quiet area so the perfect place for a peaceful holiday. There are so many good eating places in the area that you are certainly spoilt for choice. We would certainly recommend this property to our friends and we hope to return again in the future.
