The dining area connects with the kitchen and the front terrace. The back terrace is furnished with table and chairs ideal for dinning out at night and overlooks the ground floor garden. The apartment has also air conditioned, washing machine, electric oven and comfortable furniture and plenty of light. The apartment is situated in front of the Pascual Roig Square near of the Church square.

Puerto Pollensa is a village situated in the north of Mallorca. Nine kilometres from Cala Sant Vicente, seven of Formentor and six from the main city of Pollensa. Puerto Pollensa has a great beach placed in a magnificent bay in which there can be realized all kinds of activities or maritime excursions. In this village considered one of the most beautiful of the island placed in a fishermen former port and it has a maritime walk of several kilometres.
