Sliding doors lead from the lounge area to a large balcony with beautiful mountain view. Equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Private gardens with excellent communal pool. Puerto Pollensa is arguably the most picturesque resort in Mallorca. It is situated in the North of the Island with a 30 minute drive from Palma airport. The atmosphere is relaxed and very family orientated. The apartment is situated in the exclusive Gommar area and the port is a short promenade/beachfront walk. Puerto Pollensa has numerous, quality restaurants, bars and shops all within a short walking distance. The beach is situated 400 metres from the apartment and is easily accessible.

This room stays cool throughout the year. Bedroom number 2 has sliding wardrobes, drawer space and a full length mirror. The third bedroom has a small balcony which looks on to the Tramuntana mountains, sliding wardrobes, drawer space and a full length mirror. There is also a travel cot and a night light in the drawer. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated in keeping with a modern Mallorcan apartment. The view from the balcony over the mountains is breathtaking.

Is the apartment suitable for children?: Like Puerto Pollensa itself, the apartment is ideal for children. The pool is enclosed and there are no major roads. The apartment remains cool in the summer and has air conditioning. There is a travel cot at no extra charge and plug-in night lights. Also in the apartment we have some board games and books.
