First floor apartment in quiet location, a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. 3 bedrooms ( 1 Double , 1 Twin and 1 with bunk beds and a pull-out bed), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Bright, spacious lounge/dining room opens onto balcony. Full kitchen and a separate utility area. Close by are café/bar and mini-supermarket (summer season only). The town centre is just a 10 minute walk. The apartment is equipped with TV (local stations only), DVD Player, CD player, fridge, washing machine and Central Heating. There is garage parking and Lift access. Mobile phone reception is good. Prices include for provision of linen and bath/hand towels and weekly cleaning. Although there is no swimming pool, there are various aparthotels and restaurants in the area where you can use the facilities of the pools, including Rosa Blanca (White Rose) which is on the 'Habitat' roundabout on the Pollensa road.

Puerto Pollensa (Port de Pollenca) is situated at the NE corner of Majorca in an attractive bay with excellent beaches. The nearby mountains that run along the north coast offer spectacular scenery and other interesting places to visit. The old market town of Pollenca is just a 10 minute drive inland and well worth investigating. The apartment is situated in 'El Pinaret', a well established & quiet residential area, just south of the town centre, but a 2 minute walk to the beach and water sports, bars and restaurants. It is a 5 minute walk to the marina and the town. There is a spectacular drive to Formentor and the old town of Alcudia is only a short drive or bus ride away. Daily sightseeing boat trips operate or, if you prefer, you can just sit at the marina for a drink, a snack lunch or a sumptious meal in the evening overlooking the bay. If you have a car, then most of the island is easily accessible - with Palma and its cathedral and other attractions just 40mins drive.

  • The rates are based on four people sharing. £50 per ADDITIONAL person per week is added except in high season when the price is fixed.
    A heating surcharge of £18/week is applicable between NOV-APRIL inclusive.
    A cheque for £100 is required at the time the final balance is paid . This is returned after client returns from holiday provided everything is left in good order.
  • The HIGH SEASON rate between 24 Jul - 27 Aug inclusive is FIXED irrespective of numbers in your party - up to max 7 persons
  • The availability chart shows the weeks commencing on Saturdays However, we are very happy to consider other arrival/departure days. Please ask when contacting us.

Notes: The apartment is ideal for families or small groups. The apartment is fully Centrally Heated making it comfortable during the winter months. Buganvilia is a privately owned apartment, but should you require additional accommodation we have another apartment just 2 minutes away that sleeps 2/4 called Cipreses (Ref 6680). NB. Whilst the availability of a lift enables 'assisted access' for wheelchairs, there are a few small steps to get to this and please note that the apartment has not been modified in any way, and offers no special facilities in this regard. Please enquire direct for details. Although there is no swimming pool, there are apart hotels and restaurants in the area that offer use of their facilities - particularly the Rosa Blanca (White Rose) which is about a 10 minute walk away and has evening entertainment as well on certain nights.

El Pinaret: Buganvilia is located in this quiet residential area. This area has the advantage of being apparently 'away from it all' but is actually within very easy walking distance of the lively but friendly port and town. There is no nightlife on the doorstep to disturb, but it is easily accessible on foot, a car is not necessary except to venture further afield. The local beach is safe,spacious and not prone to overcrowding, and there is a sailing/windsurfing school on your doorstep. The nearest Restaurant 'Bar Tolos' is at the end of the road on the sea front and is good for snacks as well as meals, with friendly staff - it's almost too convenient ! There is a newly-opened indoor swimming pool in the centre of town which is ideal for adults and children alike. Also, on the 'Habitat' roundabout on the road out from Puerto Pollensa to Pollensa (about a 10 minute walk) is the Rosa Blanca (White Rose) bar and restuarant where there is free use of the swimming pool and children's play area.

Changeover Days: Saturday - Saturday is the prefered booking period(s) - however other arrangements can be made subject to negotiation and availability, a small surcharge may be applied for midweek changeovers.

Cyclists: This resort is very popular with cyclists and cycling clubs - being near to both the flat coastal plain AND the mountains that extend up to the very edge of the town. Buganvilia has its own garage accomodation for safe storage of cycles.
