Recently reformed apartments located in stylish Puerto Portals, Mallorca. Access beyond the communal pool and gardens directly to the port with restaurants, bars and shops. A superb beach and other attractions such as Marine Land are only a short walk away. Several golf courses are within a short drive away. Both apartments are situated on the second floor. The views from the terrace are of the garden and pool area, with the port just beyond.

The apartment is situated on the second floor and a double bedroom, smalll twin bunkbed room, lounge / dinning area, bathroom, open plan kitchen and glassed in terrace. The Terrace windows can be fully opened if required. The views from the terrace are of the garden and pool area, with the port just beyond. Mobile Air-conditioning in the lounge. The lounge also has a double sofa bed.

Smaller Apartment Portals

The Apartment is in need of some TLC. Described as having a balcony but has not it has large glass windows that fold back. It has an air conditioning unit which is free standing and ineffective. Everything works but is very basic. The bunk room is very very small and hot. The biggest problem for me was despite the description of access onto port and restaurants from gate at pool level in order to access this you need a key fob and at the time of our stay there was no key fob for this apartment which meant every evening a walk down a fairly steep hill with a 3 year old in the heat and back, every visit to the beach the same and to access facilities that were literally 2 minutes away we had a 10-15 minute walk longer at a 3 year olds pace.Would not recommend this particular apartment definately would recommend portals. Expensive to eat out but very friendly and nice place. When you eat out in the main strip of restaurants there is a large pedestrianised area where the children can play safely. The beach was sandy relatively clean my son loved it. Clear water and has beach bar. Up flight of steps there is a large restaurant where it is cooler as its high up and was good for getting out of the heat when needed. Lady who looks after apartments was great very helpful . Whilst i would not recommend this apartment I would recommend the larger apartment owned by the same person.
Owner's Response: The guest wanted to book my larger two bedroom/two bathroom apartment, however this was not available for all the requested dates. They were offered the smaller less expensive apartment for a few days before moving to the larger apartment a few metres away on the same floow. The same guest have written an excellent 5 star review for the larger apartment for the second portion of the stay. The description of the smaller apartment clearly states it has a glassed in terrace that folds out to open the terrace. It also states that the bunk room is small. The air conditioning is effective if the windows are not left open!
The main complaint was that the key fob that opens the gate to the port was not available. This had been taken away by a previous guest. I have now got a spare key fob.

The larger apartment is described as luxuary and reading the same guest review, they certainly agree.

The smaller apartment is not described as "Luxuary" and is far less expensive. They are both on the same floor with the same view.

Excellent holiday apartment and location

A very clean, well equipped apartment in an 'excellent' location. I love the bedroom where the French windows open onto the balcony - the sun wakes me up in the morning. The sliding balcony windows were invaluable on cooler days. We have returned to this apartment on several occasions for our 'recharge our batteries break', although one year it was our only break and we took the opportunity to tour this beautiful island'. The night life and restaurants are excellent, and as the apartment is situated within yards of one of the top marinas in Mallorca, the people watching is good.too. The gardens and pool are attractive ,well maintained and peaceful with a safe children's pool. The marina and lovely beach are only a few minutes walk away. We also enjoyed the reasonably priced excellent restaurants in the village a short walk away. Looking forward to our next trip.
