This fully air-conditioned luxury sea-view apartment has been furnished and equipped to a high standard, providing a home from home for your visit to Mallorca. The lounge has a 3-seater sofa,, a dining table seating four, satellite-TV, VCR, DVD, stereo and free internet access. Sliding doors lead to the sunny, spacious terrace. The fully equipped newly refitted kitchen has quality appliances including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, kettle and a toaster. Ample pots, pans, tableware, cutlery and glasses are provided. The master bedroom has a large double bed, built-in wardrobes and enjoys fabulous sea views. Its en-suite bathroom has a bath-tub with shower, wc, wash-basin and bidet. The 2nd bedroom has an excellent bunk-bed arrangement with a double bed below and a single up top. There is also a built-in wardrobe. It's en-suite bathroom has a bath-tub with shower, WC and wash-basin. Quality linens and towels are provided

We where 4 middle ages people in the apartment. 2 of us have been there before. Evry thing is just perfect: the apartment, the big terresse, the view, location near to evrything - beach, marina, shop, restaurants, supermarked and Palma.
We can recommend the apartment and restaurante "CASA PACO" where we eat evry time we are on holliday in Portal Nous. Very good food and not so expensiv and the owner can speak danish.
There is many steps, so you have to be good on your feets.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem gepflegten und ansprechend eingerichteten Appartement. Der sympathische Besitzer ist überaus bemüht und die Anlage in der das Appartement liegt, ist für uns die schönste in ganz Puerto Portals. Auch die Lage des Appartements innerhalb der Anlage ist einfach ideal. Der Blick unvergleichlich schön, durch die volle Südseite durchgehend Sonne auf der großen Terrasse. Auch zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten über eine Treppe am Strand oder den Lokalen am Hafen.Wir kommen gerne wieder !

We found that the flat was very nice and we had only good experiences with the stay. There are only 50 steps and 100 meters walk to the water and the beach. There are no buildings in front of the view, only many boats to see, down below. There are some restaurants in Portal Nous, but if you want some better once it takes 10 minutes to Palma city, taxi expensive 15 €. Portal Nous is also away from traffic noise and very quiet, the car you rent has it own spot.

The store where you can buy food is 2 minutes walk away and he got everything you want to buy of food. Fresh bread, good cheese and meat of any kind you can buy.

Apartment in Las Terrazas Puerto Portals

My husband and I along with another couple of friends stayed at this fab apartment in October 2007. We had a great week - the apartment overlooks the marina and beach (reached by steep steps), and is within easy walking distance of numerous bars, shops and bus connections to Palma. Apartment itself is beautifully furnished with everything you need and the views over the marina are superb. Accommodation is perfect for 2 couples or family group. Because of the steep steps to the beach I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility problems but perfect for walking off the few extra pounds you might put on at the fantastic array of restaurants and bars. It is not necesssary to hire a car and only 15 mins taxi from the airport. Perfect.
