Recently decorated with new furnishings and fixtures, the apartment has air-conditioning and heating and a sun filled tiled covered terrace with outdoor furniture. The large swimming pool, exclusively for tenants, is situated close to the apartment in a pleasant garden setting with sun lounges. A five minute walk will take you to the village of Portals Nous where you will find all the necessities such as supermarket, chemist, news agency, medical/dental surgeries and hair and beauty salons. A short distance away is the 18 hole Royal Bendinat golf course which also hosts the much acclaimed Concerts on the Grass in August.
