Direct access to the port which hosts a wonderful choice of sea front restaurants, bars, nightlife and designer shops and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Recently decorated with new furnishings and fixtures, the apartment has air-conditioning and heating and a sun filled tiled covered terrace with outdoor furniture. The large swimming pool, exclusively for tenants, is situated close to the apartment in a pleasant garden setting with sun lounges. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Satellite TV, DVD, Video Player, CD/Cassette player.

Whether you are having breakfast at Cappuccino or a gourmet dinner at Tristans you will be enjoying the sensational view of luxury yachts and taking in the vibrancy of the environment. A five minute walk will take you to the village of Portals Nous where you will find all the necessities such as supermarket, chemist, news agency, medical/dental surgeries and hair and beauty salons. A short distance away is the 18 hole Royal Bendinat golf course which also hosts the much acclaimed Concerts on the Grass in August. At the end of the marina you will find the beach where you can lie on the sun lounges and enjoy the vista of the Mediterranean or participate in the many water sports that are offered. Puerto Portals is in an excellent position to venture out into the other spectacular regions Majorca has to offer.
