Notes to the rental rates

  • The apartment will be ready and waiting for you from 3pm on the day of arrival, departure time is 11am. A Welcome Food Hamper can be arranged prior to your visit .50% of the cost of the rental or £250 deposit (whichever is the greater) is required to book the apartment - The balance is due to be paid 12 weeks before the start of your holiday or at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable except for £250 - If you have to change the dates of your holiday, I do try to accommodate wherever possible. Damage Deposit is £250.
  • Changeover day is flexible. For extended winter stays, rates are negotiable. A weekly change of bedlinen and towels (not beach towels) is included for rentals that are a fortnight, the linen is left on site for you. Easter, May Bank Holidays ,Christmas, New Year and Breitling Cup Race weeks additional £100. Departure time is 11am - arrival time after 15.00hrs
    Long Term winter booking at very attractive reduced rates.

The bedrooms offer brand new top quality mattresses Jan 2006. White crisp linen and luxury quality duvets. The kitchen is brand new 2006. There are two fridges which will keep all your drinks nicely chilled.

There are new cots, high chair and baby linen available at a rental cost. High quality cleaning between lets. Cleaning and baby sitting during your stay can be arranged at an additional cost. I request that all smokers respect my request of only smoking on the balcony. The apartment has a flat screen TV and is now connected to Satellite television.

From the apartment you can easily walk to Palma Nova along a paved walkway. Further along the coast is the lively resort of Magalluf. Golfing: Santa Ponsa 1 has a wide gently sloping but demanding course with beautiful scenery and water hazards on five holes. It has been used for the Balearic Open (PGA Tour) on several occasions. Tenth hole, 590m par 5 is one of the longest in Europe. Par: 72 Number of Holes: 18 (6.106m) Green Fees: 1st January 2003 - 65 euros. There are 2 other golf courses in Santa Ponsa and many in the surrounding area. Poniente Golf Course is 5 minutes from the apartment. I have prepared a collection of information on all the golf courses.

Boating charters are available. Also a short distance there are tennis courts and sports facilities. The beach offers an abundance of water sports.

The 18 hole Royal Bendinat golf course is only 1 minute away in a taxi. Palma cathedral and shopping facilities are 10 minutes in a taxi. Here you can take the train to Soller or take the open top bus around Palma City, an excellent way to see the sites. Real Golf de Bendinat Golf Course is one of the most prestigious on the island. A challenging Golf Course opened in 1986. Facilities include driving range, putting green, clubs, trolleys, buggies. Pro Shop, bar and restaurant. Green Fees Approx. €60.00. Golf de Andraixt, in Camp de Mar - 18 holes with its challenging lakes within 10 mins. Also, only 15 mins drive is Son Vida Golf. The first course to open on the island in 1964. Accuracy needed on tight fairways with four lakes and plenty of trees. Real Golf de Bendinatis also 10 mins drive. Hilly course with sloping fairways and elevated greens. Mallorca has an all year ideal golfing climate, in all of the clubs you will find all the facilities incl. rental, pro-shop, and restaurants.

Golf Information:

FAMILIES A collection of toys and games will be available. Also, if I am staying on the island during your stay, I will be available to babysit in the evenings if that would give you the opportunity to re-charge your batteries and make it a holiday of a lifetime to remember.
