Additional information about rental rates

  • The apartment will be ready and waiting for you from 3pm on the day of arrival, departure time is 11am.

    50% of the cost of the rental or £250 deposit (whichever is the greater) is required to book the apartment - The balance is due to be paid 12 weeks before the start of your holiday or at the time of booking.

    Deposits are refundable except for £250 - If you have to change the dates of your holiday, I do try to accommodate wherever possible.

    Damage Deposit is £250 which is required to be paid 14 days before your holiday is due, this is returned via internet banking after your holiday.
  • Changeover day is flexible. For extended winter stays, rates are negotiable. A weekly change of bedlinen is included for rentals that are a fortnight, the linen is left on site for you.

There are two fridges which will keep all your drinks nicely chilled.

From the apartment you can easily walk to Palma Nova along a paved walkway. Further along the coast is the lively resort of Magalluf. Golfing: Santa Ponsa 1 has a wide gently sloping but demanding course with beautiful scenery and water hazards on five holes. It has been used for the Balearic Open (PGA Tour) on several occasions. Tenth hole, 590m par 5 is one of the longest in Europe. Par: 72 Number of Holes: 18 (6.106m) Green Fees: 1st January 2003 - 65 euros. There are 2 other golf courses in Santa Ponsa and many in the surrounding area. Poniente Golf Course is 5 minutes from the apartment. I have prepared a collection of information on all the golf courses.

Boating charters are available. Also a short distance there are tennis courts and sports facilities. The beach offers an abundance of water sports.

The 18 hole Royal Bendinat golf course is only 1 minute away in a taxi. Palma cathedral and shopping facilities are 10 minutes in a taxi. Here you can take the train to Soller or take the open top bus around Palma City, an excellent way to see the sites. Real Golf de Bendinat Golf Course is one of the most prestigious on the island. A challenging Golf Course opened in 1986. Facilities include driving range, putting green, clubs, trolleys, buggies. Pro Shop, bar and restaurant. Green Fees Approx. €60.00. Golf de Andraixt, in Camp de Mar - 18 holes with its challenging lakes within 10 mins. Also, only 15 mins drive is Son Vida Golf. The first course to open on the island in 1964. Accuracy needed on tight fairways with four lakes and plenty of trees. Real Golf de Bendinatis also 10 mins drive. Hilly course with sloping fairways and elevated greens. Mallorca has an all year ideal golfing climate, in all of the clubs you will find all the facilities incl. rental, pro-shop, and restaurants.

'Lovely apartment Tina, everything we needed for a peaceful, relaxing break from cold England & hard work. Lots of little touches, like wine & tea made us feel very welcome when we arrived after travelling since 4 am from home. We feel like we have been recharged (and thawed out). Excellent location excellent apartment

Wow Tina, what a place this is!! Absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Beautifully kitted out with everything we needed, Tina even bought us a cool bag etc so we didnt have to bring one from the UK. Tina even went to the trouble of swapping in a more modern TV to allow us to watch all our downloaded stuff on the laptop. She provides information on everything and anything and is sooo soooo friendly and available should there be any problems.
The apartment is in a quiet road, but literally 50 metres away is the beach, and up the hill is the Cidon supermarket which has everything you need. Car parking outsdie was never a problem. If you want to walk to the Marina then its just over the beach and the restaurants/bars etc are lovely - can be expensive if you arent willling to pay. If you are then I suggest you go to Tristan -well worth the £450 bill - absolutley amazing. There are other places to eat though with more reasonable prices so dont be put off by that!

We just found it perfect for chilling out for a couple of weeks away form the hectic London living!

Next time try El Olivo restaurant at La Residencia in Deya - this has been my best culinary experience - it was magical with candlelight set in beautiful grounds.

As ever, Tina didn't fail to deliver in terms of her service, facilities and provision of mod cons! Her accommodation is always first class, clean, tidy and a real home from home. This apartment is peaceful but close enough to walk to plenty of bars and restaurants and therefore is a perfect base for exploration OR there is plenty to do in the immediate area. Air con is highly effective (and very welcome given the temperatures we experienced) and all in all, nothing negative can be said. Highly recommended.

I stayed here with my husband and 16 year old daughter in August for 9 days. The apartment is situated in a brilliant spot - really handy for the beach and marina and not far from the village.
The apartment is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could require. The view from the terrace is lovely with great sea views. The pool is really refreshing after a day on the beach. Tina has thought of everything you might need and has left lots of information for local restaurants bars etc.

Wonderful apartment located very centrally in Portals - close to all the shops, restaurants and public transportation. The apartment was just as Tina had promised in the description... clean, well maintained, beautiful and very well stocked. Honestly this apartment was all we could ever have hoped for and more! I would highly recommend this apartment and Tina's wonderful customer service to any of my friends, family and colleagues. Thank you Tina. I hope to see you again soon!
