The apartment is in the grounds of a villa, it is very private. It offers two wonderful terraces and has a large, relaxed and spacious feel about it. The BBQ area allows you to chill out. You are a short walk to two of the three beaches in this area. You walk through a wrought iron gate where there is off street parking. Up five steps into the lower garden, where there is a lemon, fig and cherry tree. Up a few more steps to the apartment. You pass the BBQ area and then to the terrace which has fixed seating and a teak table and chairs. This is the entrance to the apartment where the dining room is located. Then step down into the kitchen where there is a table and two chairs. Another step down takes you into the lounge. Patio doors lead you onto the terrace, where there is another table and chairs. You are well located to the village shops, restaurants.

The apartment is very private located in the grounds of a beautiful villa, in the centre of Portals Nous village, which is only 1000 metres to the wonderful marina of Portals. It offers easy access to the supermarket, restaurants. hairdressers, beauty centres, doctors, dentist, chemist, DVD store and coffee bars, the village offers everything that you may need whilst on holiday. The apartment has its own private entrance in the grounds. Puerto Portals, offering its excellent marina and fabulous restaurants, shops and coffee bars are only a five minute walk. There are many golf courses on your doorstep. Bendinat golf is only 1 minute from the apartment by car. There are 3 beaches within easy walking distance. Also a choice of 20 + restaurants. The tennis club is 1 minute by car. Also, Marineland (the dolphin show) is a short walk. There is a scuba diving shop just a short walk away. There is good off street parking if you wish to hire a car however this is not necessary.

Real Golf de Bendinat Golf Course is one of the most prestigious on the island. A challenging Golf Course opened in 1986. Facilities include driving range, putting green, clubs, , buggies. Pro Shop, bar and restaurant. Green Fees Approx. €60.00. Golf de Andraixt, in Camp de Mar - 18 holes with its challenging lakes within 10 mins. Also, only 15 mins drive is Son Vida Golf. The first course to open on the island in 1964. Accuracy needed on tight fairways with four lakes and plenty of trees. Real Golf de Bendinatis also 10 mins drive. Hilly course with sloping fairways and elevated greens. Mallorca has an all year ideal golfing climate, in all of the clubs you will find all the facilities incl. rental, pro-shop, and restaurants.

GOLFING: Santa Ponsa 1 has a wide gently sloping but demanding course with beautiful scenery and water hazards on five holes. It has been used for the Balearic Open (PGA Tour) on several occasions. Tenth hole, 590m par 5 is one of the longest in Europe. Par: 72 Number of Holes: 18 (6.106m) Green Fees: 1st January 2003 - 65 euros. There are 2 other golf courses in Santa Ponsa and many in the surrounding area. Poniente Golf Course is 5 minutes from the apartment.

Relaxing and comfortable in good location

Stayed at the apartment at the end of August 2009, and had a wonderful time. Tina made sure our stay was very comfortable. Apartment is lovely, very peaceful with nice terrace and area to sunbath.
A 10 minute walk to the beach with easy access to restaurants and bars.

Excellent holiday. The apartment was comfortable and compact and ideal for a party or family of 3. The apartment was close to the local shops as well as the Local beach at Puerto Nous / Portal

Tina would visit every other day and ensure our needs were met and offer advice and support for local shops, tourist sites. Would visit again and enjoy the local area

We stayed in the ground floor apartment during august 2008. We have a fabulous time. The apartment is light and airy very well equipped and furnished. Tina is an excellent host having a sound knowledge of the area, places to visit. The marina in the evening is beautiful. You are not too far away from neighbouring towns. We did not hire a car and used local transport which is cheap and reliable.

Beaches within a short walking distance as well as all the other amenities.

would certainly recommend a visit.
