This apartment is attractively furnished and has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with twin bed). Both bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space. There are two bathrooms, one adjacent to the double bedroom and a second one almost opposite the twin bedded room. The lounge/dining area contains a comfortable settee, easy chairs, a dining table and chairs. There is a television, with SKY television but please bring your own card. The galley kitchen is at the rear of the lounge and is well equipped. It has a full oven and hob; small dishwasher; kettle and toaster. The iron and ironing board, together with the washing machine are in a utility room immediately to the left of the front door. There is a large terrace (furnished with table and chairs) – access to this from both the double bedroom and lounge- with wonderful views over Santa Ponsa.

This lovely apartment is set in a pueblo style residential development, set on a low hill with wide ranging views of the Bay of Santa Ponsa, golf courses and beautiful countryside. This beach resort offers something for everyone - golfers, families with young children, those seeking activities such as scuba diving (there is a diving school), snorkelling, sailing (Santa Ponsa has its own Marina), walking and cycling to name a few. There is a wide choice of restaurants, clubs, bars and shops - something to suit everyone. The proximity of the capital Palma is an added attraction. Santa Ponsa is an ideal base for exploring the rest of the island - even more so with the opening of the new motorway.

Notes: The views from the open terrace makes this an especially attractive holiday base. However Kings Park is situated on a hill and the layout of the development includes flights of steps with no provision of ramps. This gated community does feel very secure.

Activities: This beach resort offers all the usual water sports, including sailing and diving. In early September Santa Ponsa is host to the annual reenactment of the battle between the Moors and Christians which takes place during Carnival week. Nearby are aquaparks, Marineland, go kart tracks and, of course, golf courses. There are 3 courses in the town with further ones at Bendinat and Andtrax. Golf 1 is a par 72 course. Mallorca is a mecca for cyclists: with strings of them cycling around this beautiful island in the spring and autumn months. During the summer months there is plenty of entertainment for everyone and, in particular, an open air stage show in The Square.

Accessibility: Santa Ponsa is about 20-25 minutes from the airport along a fast motorway, with Kings Park being very easy to find. There are always plenty of taxis at the airport, or I can provide details of car hire, or private transfer.

This was a lovely spacious clean well furnished and equipped appartment with a fabulous view of Santa Ponsa including the bay. We particularly liked the big terrace.

It felt like you were well away from everything but in fact it was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. It was situated far enough away though to avoid the noise of the resort. Kings Park was a well kept quiet residential area, with two good pools. My only very small gripe would be the lack of comfortable sunbeds around the pool. Loved the dishwasher and the extra bits and bobs that were in the kitchen that you don't find in company rentals. I would definitely book to stay in this appartment again.

Visited this apartment Sept 2008 with my wife & 2 daughters (24& 28) - good size rooms/bedrooms, a benefit having 2 bathrooms. V convenient for beaches/restaurants.
Overall reasonable accommodation, - however soft furnishings were rather grubby ie cushions/sofa throw & patio loungers. Also, although ceiling fans in all rooms, apartment generally felt warm, particularly late evening/nights, as sun was on building all day. A/C would have helped overcome this.
