This is a beautifully presented apartment, contained in a first build residence in a quiet classy area. It is however only a 5 minute drive to Magalluf or Santa Ponsa. The apartment block is on the sea front with stunning sea views. It has 2 wonderful pools, which are surrounded by extensive tropical gardens. The marina of Port Adriano is a 2 minute drive where you can enjoy the beautiful beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Ideal for families and children. A car is recommended. Palma airport is 20 minutes drive.

The apartment is situated in the classy residential area of El Toro (Calvia) 5 minutes drive to Santa Ponsa in the south west region of the island. It is a 20 minute drive to the airport and ideally located for all the islands attractions. It is immediately surrounded by 3 championship golf courses and only a very short drive to the water parks and sea world. The island capital Palma is a popular city break destination and only 15 minutes by car. Portals Nous is a smart, chic marina where restaurants, bars and shops are plentiful. Port Adriano is within walking distance of the apartment and here you can enjoy a stunning beach, restaurants and bars.

Notes: It is a ground floor apartment within a 3 storey block. It has a small terrace/garden area, only 5 metres to the pool, which is easily visible from inside the apartment lounge. The apartment complex is beautifully maintained, the gardens are amazing and help provide excellent shade when required. There is also a baby pool. It sleeps 6 allowing for 2 fold away single beds. All modern amenities. The terraced area has beautiful garden furniture. Sunbeds can be taken from around the pool area. The apartment complex has electronically controlled gates and reserved parking for residents. The complex is immediately surrounded by 3 championship golf courses. ( 1 public and 2 private )
