2 Bedroom second line penthouse apartment situated on floor 4. The master bedroom has a double bed, plenty of hanging/drawer space, french doors to terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle and wash handbasin. There is a separate WC (washing machine also housed in here). The comfortable lounge has a settee and easy chairs and TV with SKY and DVD; French doors lead to an attractive sitting area, furnished with wicker chairs/settee. Further large garden terrace, with wind down sun blinds, outside sink, barbecue etc. There are planters surrounding the perimeter – but there is still plenty of room for sunbeds etc. The galley type kitchen is well fitted with full oven and hob, microwave, large fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. This apartment is ideal for out of season breaks as there is central heating and as it is south facing attracts the winter sun.
