Located in the Capri apartment building, directly across the road from the town's main beach, adjacent to shops, pubs and many fine restaurants. All the apartments are privately owned and are not available to tour operators. There is a very private enclosed pool. The apartment commands beautiful views of both the sea over the main beach and the hills in the distance. The balcony is a delightful place to relax with your favourite drink and while away the evening. The apartment complex is located to the eastern side of the bay to the opposite end of the main entertainment area. A short walk remedies this - 5min. There are some lovely bars and restaurants within metres of the Capri apartments. Entry is by way of secure password keypad and the apartment is located on the 2nd floor.

Santa Ponsa is a pleasant medium sized coastal resort situated in a pine area of south-west Mallorca approximately 18km from the capital city of Palma. The town surrounds the U-shaped bay and there are remarkably few high rise hotels in the area. It is ideal for self-catering holidaymakers and is very lively during the peak season and caters for all ages.

The location of this apartment is ideal, situated close to many restaurants and bars. It is a modern apartment, spotless, very clean and tidy. I love the balcony with its views. The pool is very nice. Beach is a very short walk accross the road.
The area is nice and quiet with Nightlife only few minutes walk away or a €3 taxi if you are lazy.
There is a very nice bar, Alfies, under the apartment block, very friendly family run business. Alfies son Alf has a very nice restaurant, Chimes, located about 100 yards to the left of the apartment. I found the food excellent and prices low.
I'd defineately recommend this property to people of all ages, I will be returning again.

We were pleased with the apartment for what it cost us. The location is very good on the quiet side, still with a lot of choice of restuarants on your doorstep. Apartment was maintaned well and the proprty management guy was very helpful.

Just back from 2 weeks holiday staying in the above apartment. Overall the apartment was clean and well equipped. Location was great only five minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants.
The beach is spotless clean and only 2 minutes from the apartment.
Nice pool but can get very busy in high season, with not enough sun beds for everyone, this wasnt a problem as were all beach lovers.
I would definately use these apartments on returning to Santa Ponsa.
