Our attractive and comfortable duplex apartment is in an exclusive small community in Nueva Santa Ponsa, close to the sea. The apartment is set in well landscaped and beautifully cared for mature gardens, with a communal pool located to the side of our apartment. The bedrooms are attractively furnished with comfortable beds (two doubles/2 singles) and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a luxury en suite bathroom, with jacuzzi bath (with stunning views out over the sea). There is a further attractive shower room and guest cloakroom. The lounge is a large and light room, furnished with settees, easy chairs, plasma television (with SKY) and DVD player. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs. Sliding doors lead from both the lounge and the dining area onto the terrace which has modern outdoor dining table and chairs for al fresco meals in the privacy of the private garden of the apartment. Sun loungers are also provided for relaxing in privacy in the sun.

Buses pass nearby, taking you to the water parks, Marineland and Palma, where the rest of the island is accessible by bus.
