This beautifully appointed, air-conditioned apartment offering panoramic bay, town and golf views is available for short-term rentals. The spectacular sunny terrace extends to more than 35 square metres, with tables, loungers, chairs and parasol. Our stylishly-decorated, spacious living room includes UK satellite TV, books, large library of DVD films and a stereo system. The separate kitchen is equipped to a high standard including a dishwasher; a washing machine and large fridge-freezer are in the separate utility room. The romantic bedroom, furnished with an imported, top quality double bed enjoys a luxurious en-suite bathroom with bath and powerful shower. Perfect for a couple plus a comfortable double bed-settee which can be used by a child. Alternatively we can provide a cot and high chair. Enjoying two large pools, one used mostly by families and the other a peaceful, relaxing spot. Please check below that your dates are available and email me for a descriptive e-brochure.

Situated in an established residential area offering panoramic views over the attractive bay of Santa Ponsa, golf courses and lovely countryside which forms the national park. Santa Ponsa is a delightful, safe resort. The white sandy beaches and safe shallow waters appeal to all ages: deck chairs, sun shades, beach bars and cafes add to the appeal - as do the parrots living in the pine trees to one side of the beach. The apartment is a 10 minute stroll down to the beach, bars, shops and supermarkets It's ideally situated for day trips to Marineland, the Water Parks, go-karting and for exploration of the rest of this delightful island. Restaurants in the area vary from budget family eating to 5* gourmet. There are three golf courses, a marina and a scuba-diving school. Cosmopolitan Palma with its cathedral, harbour, historic old town, superb shopping, wide variety of restaurants and sophisticated night-life is less than 15 minutes by car or taxi.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Euro equivalent accepted. In peak summer months changeover day is usually Saturday to coincide with the maximum number of available flights and as a general rule bookings are for whole weeks. Last-minute booking: the availability chart is maintained weekly and should accurately show vacant periods. Where a vacancy occurs in the very near future, we may sometimes offer worthwhile discounts for last-minute booking or long weekend stays. For extended winter stays, rates are negotiable. There are Christmas, New Year and Easter supplements of £100 per week. A weekly change of bedlinen and towels but not beach towels is included for rentals of two or more weeks. The rent shown is for two people, with an additional £50pw should you wish to bring a child.
    Please note that to fully comply with local regulations, this is a 'short-term', not 'touristic', rental and therefore no additional services such as meals or daily maid service are available. All booking are made via UK.
  • The apartment is available from 4.00 pm on arrival day and departure is a very relaxing 1.00 pm to allow for cleaning and preparation. Should you arrive earlier you can, of course, leave your cases in the apartment from 1pm. Housekeeping is included except for bookings of less than a week. There is a reservation deposit on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before guests' arrival. We are happy to accept payment in pounds or euros. An inventory and breakage deposit is also payable in advance to protect against possible damage to the property and subject to there being no damage or breakages is returned in full within two weeks of your return. Rental rates for winter months exclude electricity but are fully inclusive for the rest of the year. Full terms and conditions are given on your booking form. E & OE.
  • When we send you the booking form we will hold your dates for 5 days. Once we have received your completed booking form we will confirm your booking, usually by return. You are advised not to book flights until your booking is confirmed as some airlines charge you for changing dates whilst some fare classes allow no changes or refunds.

Notes: This apartment is delightful for a couple but we have a comfortable bed-settee should you wish to bring a child with you - a cot and highchair are also available. There are ample sun loungers and reed umbrellas round each of the pools and as this is a private development no reserving of the sun beds! The upper pool tends to be a peaceful place to read a book. Please note that because of their unique layout, the communal gardens include several small flights of steps but no disabled ramps. Coupled with a fair walk up the hill from the beach, this is really not suitable for people of impaired mobility unless you have a car. The development is, however, very secure, with gated access, so elderly people with average mobility will feel comfortable and it's ideal for young children. Smoking: to comply with our insurance we respectfully request our guests not to smoke in the apartment. Sorry about this but you can, of course, puff away on the terrace. Thank you.

Activities: The beach offers all kinds of water sports, sailing and diving. Early September offers the superb Santa Ponsa carnival. The coastline is full of contrasts with many bays, coves and clear turquoise seas. It is an excellent base to discover the picturesque hilly pine clad south-west of the island, the rocky north coast, Deya, Valdemossa, historic Palma and many beautiful beaches. It is an excellent base for hiking and cycling: one of our favourite days out is to walk or horse-ride in the hills above nearby Calvia. Santa Ponsa has 3 local golf courses which have hosted the Mallorcan Classic European Tour Event. There are more courses within a short drive. Tennis is available at several local clubs. Children will enjoy the nearby attractions of Marineland, Aquapark and go-carting. In summer the entertainment quarter of Santa Ponsa offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, clubs and a very professional open-air stage show each night in the square.

Golf: green fees and indoor swimming pool: Santa Ponsa has much to offer golfers. There are 3 attractive courses with a forth, Club de Poniente, only a few minutes away; these courses are of a very high standard. Golf 1, for example, is a par-72 course at 6,106 metres and costs about 75 euros a round. Whilst there are two swimming pools, more serious swimmers and winter guests will enjoy the brand new public indoor pool within five minutes walk. This state-of-the art installation holds a 25m pool with aerobics / gym section, and costs about €5 for a day pass.

We are always here to help you... : Santa Ponsa is a 20-minute drive from the airport and is very easy to find, with good, fast roads all the way. There are plenty of taxis and the fare is about 36 euros. However, hiring a car undoubtedly adds to your enjoyment as there is so much to see around this lovely island. Car hire at the airport is inexpensive with new cars which can be booked ahead. I am happy to recommend excellent car-hire companies and will provide simple directions for driving from the airport. NB: Keys are available whatever time you arrive. The apartment 'front' door is not shared with any other apartment and leads directly into the development.

Although based in the UK we're always here to help you during your stay. We speak Spanish and English and are only a phone call away should you have any problems or simply want advice to ensure you enjoy a great holiday.

Fab apartment with sun all day

The apartment was very spacious and well set out. It was nice to have sky, DVD's & music for moments when you needed a bit of quiet time away from sun. Taxi up the hill was only 3 euro if you had bags of shopping to carry or could not face the hill at the end of a hot day on the beach. We found everyone very kind and helpfull. Pools very nice.Would go again?? Yes we would.

fantastic apartment

we have had a fantastic week in Casa Jaime, the apartment is really nice, we especially like the terrace, with sun all day, the weiw is just fantastic both in dayligth and also by nigth.the plants keep you feel like your where at home.. we sure do want to go back some day.its very close to everything, to the beach, to the city, and also to restaurant
so yes we can surely recommend Casa Jaime to enyone who asked :)

CHILLED AND SO RELAXING

We had a fabulous time staying at this fantastic apartment. We arrived late at night and we went out on to the terrace the view was outstanding. We have been holidaying in Santa Ponsa for years and this was the best apartment we have stayed in. The holiday was so relaxing which was mainly due to the large terrace that got the sun all day so you could just chill and relax and stare at the amazing views. The apartment itself was nice and comfortable with good kitchen facilities especially the large fridge freezer which kept all the drinks lovely and cold.
Would definately stay at this apartment again and would recommend it to my friends.

Casa Jaime at Kings park

We arrived at Casa Jaime found the Apt to be all you would need for a good holiday,then opened Verandah doors and were absolutely stunned by the wonderful view over Santa Ponca,mesmerising.
15 mins later we were in one of the two pools which are both close by.
Loads of wardrobe space ,plenty of hangers.Very good shower.And a welcome pack which you don't always get these days..
I would recommend car hire,due to walk up to kings Park,but once there you can just relax on terrace or just stroll to pools,we went in september and it was very hot so you have somewhere to sunbathe all day if you wish.The view of a night was so pretty,we were very happy with the apt.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Great Holiday!

I booked this holiday at the last minute and found Graeme very friendly and extremely helpful. I was very lucky with the weather and had a great holiday in October. The terrace is very spacious and gets the sun all day! The apartment is everything it says, I felt really at home as you can watch Sky tv if you want. The hill is a bit of a climb but only a few minutes and its worth it for the fantastic view. Santa Ponsa is lovely and I travelled to Palma, only fifteen minutes on the bus (bus stop five minutes from apartment). I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and would have no hesitation booking it again.
