  • RENTAL TERMS :- Based on 4 person occupancy. However, it may be possible to accommodate an additional small child. This will necessitate hiring in a cot or bed at a SUPPLEMENT of 50 Euros per week.

    The BALANCE is due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday or at the time of booking whichever is sooner.
    CANCELLATIONS:- Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of curtailment of your holiday this may be claimed through your travel insurance.
  • DISCOUNTS for COUPLES:- Normally no reductions can be made for parties of less than 4 however, a reduction of £50 per week will be available for 2 person occupancy between November and Easter except for school holiday periods.
  • WITH CLIENTS TRAVELLING NOW ON MOST DAYS OF THE WEEK EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO ADJUST DATES / DAYS TO ACCOMMODATE INDIVIDUAL TRAVEL PLANS.

The spacious double-fronted second floor property (lift) opens onto a balcony overlooking the sea, impressive swimming pool and gardens below and would be classed as providing 4 Star accommodation in the UK. The balcony is large enough to accommodate both al fresco dining and sun lounging. The front bedroom is adjacent to the main bathroom and has direct access to the balcony whilst the other has its own en-suite facilities affording privacy to couples holidaying together. Santa Ponsa

Is a pleasant, medium sized resort situated in the hilly pine-clad south-west corner of Mallorca approximately 12 miles from the capital Palma. It has developed around an attractive U-shaped bay,but unlike many Spanish resorts is not dominated by high-rise hotels. Instead, it has concentrated more on the self-catering holidaymaker and although lively during the peak season never becomes overcrowded making it perfect for families and couples of all ages looking to relax.

Although quieter during the winter months Santa Ponsa always has something to offer the holidaymaker.A good selection of shops, restaurants,and bars remain open and the resort provides an excellent base from which to explore this lovely island. As the apartment block faces due south it enjoys many hours of sunshine during the average winter which makes it very pleasant to dine on the terrace 'al fresco'although the temperature may drop sharply as the sun goes down. Often it is unnecessary to require supplementary heating because the sun warms the apartment up during the day but if needed adequate heating is available.
