Located within an exclusive gated community, this spacious 1st floor apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a large living/dining area, a fully fitted kitchen and utility room. The apartment is fully air-conditioned/heated to suit the season. The master bedroom, living area and kitchen all open out onto the extensive south facing sun terrace which in turn overlooks one of the large tropical style pools and gardens. In total there are two large outdoor pools, both with children's area, as well as a separate 25 metre indoor pool. The complex is close to the marina and beach at Port Adriano and a short car ride from all the family attractions such as waterparks. Golfers are also well served by four courses all within a 15 minute drive from the apartment.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the arrival date are payable in full at the time of booking. A security deposit of £100 is required with the final payment which will be refunded once the keys have been returned and our agent has confirmed that there was no damage to the apartment.
