Located within an exclusive gated community, this spacious 1st floor apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a large living/dining area, a fully fitted kitchen and utility room. The apartment is fully air-conditioned/heated to suit the season. The master bedroom, living area and kitchen all open out onto the extensive south facing sun terrace which in turn overlooks one of the large tropical style pools and gardens. In total there are two large outdoor pools, both with children's area, as well as a separate 25 metre indoor pool. The complex is close to the marina and beach at Port Adriano and a short car ride from all the family attractions such as waterparks. Golfers are also well served by four courses all within a 15 minute drive from the apartment.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the arrival date are payable in full at the time of booking. A security deposit of £100 is required with the final payment which will be refunded once the keys have been returned and our agent has confirmed that there was no damage to the apartment.
  • Payment can be made in pounds sterling or euros, either by cheque, bank transfer or credit card.
  • Long-term rentals are also available e.g 3, 6 or 12 months. Rates negotiable dependant on length of stay.

4 of us stayed here in Aug 09 and absolutely loved it! The place was exactly as described. It was very clean and spacious and had all the ammenties you could require. We loved all the pools plus the numerous sun loungers and lovely garden settings. There isn't very much in the way of restaurants in the area - we found 2 which were about a 15 min walk away but that was fine for us. We had a few difficulties getting to the plus as our taxi driver got lost but on the return trip the apartment ended up being about 30 mins from the airport. Would definately recommend staying here - it was lovely!!

we actually stayed here August 2007. The apartment was spacious , very clean and well furnished. I would definately stay here again if we return to Mallorca. The owner was helpful and always responded immediately to questions we had.
