Notes to the rental rates

  • Rates quoted are for up to 4 people. However, with a third bed in the large second bedroom and a comfortable single bed settee in the lounge, the apartment can comfortably cater for up to 6 people. An additional £50.00 should be added to the above rates for 5 or 6 people, to cover the cost of extra linen cleaning costs. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking, which will be deducted from the total cost of your booking. No booking can be confirmed until a deposit has been received. The final balance will be due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. A Damage & Security deposit of £200 is required which will be fully refundable when the keys are returned & our agents confirm that there is no damage to the apartment & no excess cleaning was required. Payment details will be sent to you when a booking has been confirmed. Our agent will meet you upon arrival with the keys to the property & directions will be forwarded to you 1 week prior to your departure
  • Your apartment will have been fully cleaned & prepared ready for your arrival with fresh bed linen & towels. A midweek clean and linen change can be arranged for holidays of two or more weeks. The apartment is located close to all the amenities you will need. Santa Ponsa is a 3 minute drive away and has several supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. An English doctor is also available in Santa Ponsa as is a dentist. There is an English supermarket and butcher in Portals, a 10 minute drive away and a covered shopping mall about 15min drive away. Car hire is recommended. The closest Golf course is about 3 min drive towards Santa Ponsa and the busy resort of Palma Nova/ Magaluf with its abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment are a short drive in the other direction. Santa Ponsa has its own white sandy beach and marina, and a 10 minute walk away is the chic Puerto Adriano with its marina, adjacent beach and varied restaurants. A small supermarket is also located here.
  • Families and children are made welcome in all restaurants in the area and most offer a children's menu. The apartment is approximately 25 minutes drive from Palma Airport on a motorway which makes getting to the apartment quick and easy. Car hire is easily available at the airport and booster and child seats are available from most companies at no extra charge. Taxis are also available from the airport and locally in Santa Ponsa and are inexpensive and reliable. A bus stop is located near to the apartment with a regular service to Palma and Santa Ponsa.

Two bedside tables and large patio doors leading to the fantastic 40 foot long, south-west facing balcony, which is not overlooked and provides lovely views over the swimming pool, gardens and golf course beyond. Bedroom 2 is again good sized, beautifully furnished with twin beds, built-in wardrobes with chest of drawers and storage space. Large patio doors also lead out to the balcony which stretches the whole width of the apartment. Both bedrooms benefit from marble floors and air-conditioning.

The apartment has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The large, marbled floored lounge has two large, leather sofas, one of which converts to a comfortable single sofabed. Entertainment includes a DVD player, LCD television, mini hi-fi system and satellite television. Air-conditioning cools and warms this area as well as the spacious dining area which has a dining table and 6 chairs. Large patio doors again lead onto the balcony, which has a patio table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining, together with a lovely seating area with 2 good sized, comfy sofas. The community is gated with 24hr security and accessed via electric gates. A video entry phone is also installed. The apartment is strictly non-smoking.

Golfing Information

Mallorca is a golfers paradise and there are numerous courses around the island. Santa Ponsa has two Championship golf courses, both of which have staged the Balearic Open. As a visitor, you can only play on Santa Ponsa 1, the other two courses being reserved exclusively for shareholders. Santa Ponsa 1 is a par-72 course at 6,106m. We have negotiated a 10% saving on green fees here for our guests. Golf buggies, clubs and golf trolleys are all available to hire and there are full club house facilities in which to relax and unwind after your round. The exclusive Santa Ponsa Spa & Country Club is only a 3 minute drive away, and again we have negotiated a reduced rate for our guests.
