Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of £250 (per week) is required within 7 days of your initial reservation. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. There is a charge of £70 for cleaning and laundry. A refundable security deposit of £250 is to be paid with the balance. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure upon confirmation that there has been no breakages or damages and all keys have been returned.
    THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR LATE EVENING/EARLY MORNING ARRIVALS. Rental rates include water, gas, electricity, garden and pool maintenance, linen and towels (except beach-towels).
  • CANCELLATION: Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation of your entire stay (within 8 weeks of your departure) this may be claimed through your travel insurance.
  • SHORT STAY OR WEEKEND BREAKS CONSIDERED. PLEASE ASK FOR DETAILS.
    This will be at a daily rate however there will be a charge of £150 for cleaning and laundry.
    This is a residential property and not suitable for 'Hen' or 'Stag' get togethers!

Golf: There are four golf courses in the close vicinity. The facilities at the Santa Ponsa Country Club are worth a visit even if you do not play golf. The facilities there include (apart from golf) tennis, swimming, gym and all your beauty needs plus restaurant with food to die for!! Open to non-members.

Beach: IIt is only a relaxed 10 minute walk to the beach where you will find all the daily facilities you require.

Stayed in apartment 1st 2 weeks September booked after seeing photos and reviews on website and wasnt dissapointed,fantastic apartment very well equipped and tastefully decorated in a fantastic location,very private and peaceful but only 10 mins walk from Santa Ponsa centre .will certainly return here in future

Lovely clean apartment - just like home but with the sun! 10 min walk to the beach bars and restaurants but the peace and quiet was a noticeable bonus!

Fabulous pool area with a great size pool

Apartment was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The large balcony overlooking the pool was great and got plenty of sun during the day . We liked the pool area as it was very quiet.Hope to visit again next year.

Everything you need for a great holiday

This holiday apartment was fab and is even better than the pictures. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and stands in a well maintained small complex of similar properties. A large balcony overlooks the pool. Situated about 10 mins walk from the beach and various restaurants.

We had a great time and would love to return in the future.

A holiday in Mallorca

A very well equiped apartment. The property was clean, comfortable and on a quiet location. It was a pity that there was little sun on the terrace and that there were only 2 beds for the lounge chairs. Santa Ponsa is no special place but in the environment you can find some nice villages. All in all we really enjoyed our holiday.
Owner's Response: Unfortunately in April the sun is not high enough to cover the terrace for very long periods, however in June, July and August the sun is on the terrace until approximately 15.00 and then becomes a welcoming cool respite. There are actually 4 sun loungers for pool and terrace use together with sofa, armchairs and dining table and chairs.
